Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of batteries, and specifically relates to a battery cover structure, including: a first cover, a second cover, a third cover and an insulator; the first cover is provided with a first through hole, and the second cover and the third cover are connected and arranged in the first through hole, the insulator is arranged between the first cover and the second cover and between the first cover and the third cover, and the second cover is configured for being electrically connected to an outside, and the third cover is configured for being electrically connected to a first tab; and the second cover and the third cover have the height difference in the first direction, and each of the second cover and the third cover is provided with a welding region.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of battery production and manufacturing, and specifically relates to a cylindrical battery and a battery module. The cylindrical battery includes: a housing, a cell and a top cover assembly. The housing is provided with an opening. The cell is arranged in the housing, the cell is provided with a first tab and a second tab opposite in polarity to the first tab, and the first tab and the second tab are both located on a same end face of the cell. The top cover assembly seals the opening and includes a cover, a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion. The cover, the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion are in insulating connection, the first conductive portion is connected with the first tab, and the second conductive portion is connected with the second tab.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electrode terminal, which includes a columnar portion and a first extension portion. An end surface of the columnar portion is concave inwards to form a first groove, the first extension portion extends outwards along a circumferential direction of the end surface of the columnar portion formed with the first groove, and an electric connection portion is formed at an end of the columnar portion away from the first groove. The electrode terminal in the disclosure is fitted with a current collecting assembly, a clamping process of the electrode terminal and the current collecting assembly is effectively omitted, a space utilization rate of a battery is improved, and the electrode terminal is welded to an external circuit more accurately and simply. In addition, further disclosed are a current collecting assembly and a cylindrical battery.

Abstract: Disclosed are a bare cell, a cylindrical battery and an assembly method of the bare cell. The bare cell is formed a cylinder by stacking and winding a first electrode plate, a separator and a second electrode plate, the polarity of the first electrode plate is opposite to the polarity of the second electrode plate, at least one of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate forms a plurality of tabs at at least one end of the cylinder in an axial direction, each of the plurality of tabs is provided with at least one die-cutting line to form a plurality of sub-tabs, the plurality of tabs are bent and flattened in a radial direction, and the plurality of sub-tabs of two adjacent layers of the plurality of tabs are arranged in a staggered manner.
