    Abstract: A battery, including a battery cell and a housing assembly accommodating the battery cell. The battery cell includes a first tab. The housing assembly includes a first housing body and a second housing body. The first housing body and the second housing body define an accommodation space to accommodate the battery cell. The first housing body and/or the second housing body include an installation portion provided with a via hole. A conductive member is disposed on an inner surface or an outer surface of the housing assembly and electrically connected to the first tab. In a through direction of the via hole, a projection of the conductive member is at least partially located in the via hole. The conductive member can avoid occupying internal space of the housing assembly, and increase the energy density of the battery. An electric device containing the battery is provided.

The pole includes a substrate and a lead-out portion disposed on the substrate, where the lead-out portion includes a first portion, a second portion, and a mounting hole. The second portion is connected to an end of the first portion away from the substrate. The mounting hole is connected to the first portion and the second portion, where an opening of the mounting hole is located in the second portion. In a direction parallel to the substrate, minimum cross-sectional area of the first portion is greater than maximum cross-sectional area of the second portion. The pole has the first portion and the second portion of different cross-sectional areas disposed on the lead-out portion so that the second portion can be more easily riveted and bent against the first portion during riveting.

The electrode piece of the invention can increase the energy density of the cell and the connection strength of the blank current collector of the electrode tab and the electrode piece, and reduce the production cost.
