Abstract: A chip press device and a chip press method are disclosed. The chip press device includes a base, a hot pressing head and a buffer, and a bearing surface of the base is a convex surface. The bearing surface of the base being a convex surface allows a display panel to deform slightly downwards during the chip pressing process. When the chip press is finished, the display panel deforms upwards under the shrinkage of the chip. Since the upwards deformation amount counteracts the downwards deformation amount, the warpage of display panel in conventional chip pressing process can be eliminated, which further avoids uneven uneven chromatic aberration in displayed images and improves the product quality.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure disclose an integration sheet, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for manufacturing a touch screen using the same. The integration sheet comprises a polarizing sheet and an optically clear adhesive attaching with each other, a release film provided on a side of the optically clear adhesive away from the polarizing sheet and another release film provided on a side of the polarizing sheet away from the optically clear adhesive.

Abstract: A film stripping mechanism, comprising: a base; a platform disposed on the base and having a substrate to be stripped of film placed thereon; a blade disposed above an upper surface of the platform and capable of contacting the substrate to be stripped of film placed on the platform, the platform and the blade being movable relative to each other so as to strip off a film on the substrate to be stripped of film; an automatic alcohol-spraying module contacting the blade for spraying outwards alcohol and allowing the alcohol to flow toward the substrate to be stripped of film along the blade. The film stripping mechanism can improve the yield rate of film stripping and the stripping efficiency, and reduce breakage rate of the substrates.
