    Abstract: A cigar cutter includes a main body and a cutting member configured to move relative to each other, and a locking assembly for locking the cutting member. The cutting member includes at least one cutter configured to slide along the cutting slot and a positioning column, and the positioning column is configured to slide along a positioning slot correspondingly formed on the main body. The locking assembly is connected to one end of the positioning slot away from the cutting member and is used to lock or unlock the positioning column, such that the relative positions of the cutting member and the main body are secured during closing of the cigar cutter.

The two shafts are engageable in the engaging grooves respectively. A blade is mounted around the engaging and pivotally connecting shaft and rotatable into and out of a space between the handle portions. A pushable locking member is rotatably connected to the engaging and locking shaft and can be pushed to allow or prevent disengagement between the engaging and locking shaft and the corresponding engaging groove. Thus, user only has to push the pushable locking member, the upper handle portion and the blade will be in a detachable from or securely connected to the lower handle portion as a whole.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide a folding knife having a blade pivotally connected to a handle. A resilient locking arm has a first end fixed inside to the handle and a second end extending slantingly toward the blade when the blade is received in the handle. A positioning plate is movably positioned in the handle, and has a first end extending outside to the handle. Once the blade is received in the handle, the positioning plate engages with the resilient locking arm. However, when the blade is rotated out of the handle completely, the second end of the resilient locking arm presses against the end of the blade in a locked position, and thereby the positioning plate disengages with the resilient locking arm and presses against the resilient locking arm to avoid the blade from being out of the locked position and rotated into the handle.

    Abstract: A folding knife capable of preventing automatic folding, which includes a handle having first, second and third plates, and a blade pivotally connected between the first and second plates by a pivot. The second plate is provided with a resilient stopper having a first end fixed to the second plate and a second end extending toward the first plate in a slanting manner. The third plate has one side corresponding in position to the second plate and concavely provided with an engaging hole. When the blade is fully rotated out of the handle, the second end of the resilient stopper presses against one end of the blade and thereby keeps the blade fully rotated out of the handle. Thus, when a force applied to the blade is excessively large, the resilient stopper will not be shifted away from the position against the blade.

A first post on the blade is moved along the first recess while being rotated into the handle, and a second post on the blade is exposed outside the handle while being received in the handle. The pushing device includes a pushing element located in the first positioning groove and a second spring provided between the pushing element and the first positioning groove, so as for the pushing element to move along the groove. Thus, while the blade is rotated into the handle, the first post presses and passes the tip of the pushing element and is then blocked by the pushing element, thereby preventing the blade from springing out of the handle.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide an assisted opening folding knife, which includes a handle, a blade pivotally connected to the handle, a sliding key, and a first resilient element having one end positioned in the handle and an opposite end pressing against an end of the blade. The sliding key is provided adjacent to a front end of the handle, and has a sliding portion exposed from the handle and a pressing portion opposite to the sliding portion. When the blade is received in the handle and the sliding portion is driven to move the sliding key and release the blade, the pressing portion presses the blade to rotate a predetermined angle for enabling the first resilient element to pop the blade out of the handle. Thus, a user only has to slide the sliding key to release and pop the blade out of the handle automatically.
