  • Publication number: 20240136222
Abstract: Different isolation liners for different type FinFETs and associated isolation feature fabrication are disclosed herein. An exemplary method includes performing a fin etching process on a substrate to form first trenches defining first fins in a first region and second trenches defining second fins in a second region. An oxide liner is formed over the first fins in the first region and the second fins in the second region. A nitride liner is formed over the oxide liner in the first region and the second region. After removing the nitride liner from the first region, an isolation material is formed over the oxide liner and the nitride liner to fill the first trenches and the second trenches. The isolation material, the oxide liner, and the nitride liner are recessed to form first isolation features (isolation material and oxide liner) and second isolation features (isolation material, nitride liner, and oxide liner).

  • Patent number: 11226857
Abstract: When the inspection unit corresponding to at least one disabled layer of a multilayer system is unavailable, a fault-eliminating device defines the at least one disabled layer and a target layer as a combined layer. The fault dependency of the target layer is the lowest among the fault dependency of the at least one available layer. The inspection unit of the at least one available layer is active and the fault dependency thereof is higher than the disabled layer. Then, the device makes the inspection unit and the fault symptom corresponding to the target layer correspond to the combined layer, so as to update a list of layers and a fault model. After that, the device determines a source of a fault from the layers according to the list of layers and the fault model, and performs a strategy of fault elimination corresponding to the source, to eliminate the fault.

  • Patent number: 10831579
Abstract: An error detecting device for detecting failure of a hierarchical system comprises a detected signal receiving interface and a processor. The detected signal receiving interface receives a parent failure event occurring in the hierarchical system. If the processor diagnoses that the parent failure event is in a failure state, the detected signal receiving interface receives a first child failure event occurring in the hierarchical system. If the processor diagnoses that the parent failure event is not in the failure state, the detected signal receiving interface receives a second child failure event occurring in the hierarchical system. The parent failure event depends on the first child failure event. The second child failure event depends on the parent failure event. The processor sequentially diagnoses until the detected signal receiving interface receives one of the failure events at a bottom level in a binary search tree structure.

  • Patent number: 10596931
Abstract: A car safety seat is disclosed in the invention, including a main body and a flexible layer. Multiple air vents are formed on the main body and penetrate through the main body along a front-to-rear direction. The flexible layer is formed on a surface of the main body and in the air vents. The multiple air vents enable vapor to pass through the main body without being blocked by the main body during a foaming process, which thereby allows foaming particles to fully contact with the vapor to ensure an enhanced foaming effect. Also, the flexible layer is not only formed on the surface of the main body but also formed in the air vents to fill the air vents, and thereby the flexible layer is more tightly combined with the main body to reduce a risk of detachment from the main body.

  • Publication number: 20200022462
Abstract: A harness system with a buckle restraining function includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly. The upper strap slidably passes through the upper buckle, and the upper strap includes a shoulder portion and a waist portion divided by the upper buckle. The restraining assembly utilizes an anti-sliding structure having a higher coefficient of friction to engage with the upper strap and further utilizes a stopping component to abut against the upper buckle. Therefore, the present invention can effectively restrain a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap and toward the shoulder portion by engagement of the anti-sliding structure and the upper strap and abutment of the stopping component and the upper buckle, which prevents an excessive decrease of a length of the shoulder portion of the upper strap and prevents a potential risk of injury of the passenger's upper body.
