  • Publication number: 20140099200
Abstract: A fan structure includes a rotation module, a fixing shaft and an impeller, the rotation module comprises a coupling base, a bearing and a sealing member. The bearing comprises an axial hole, an outer ring wall and a through hole, a slot is recessed from the outer ring wall, the through hole communicates with the slot and the axial hole, and the slot is sealed by the sealing member to form an oil storage space. The fixing shaft penetrates the axial hole, and the through hole communicates with the axial hole and the oil storage space. When the rotation module rotates, lubricants in the oil storage space can flow from the through hole to the axial hole for lubricating the fixing shaft and the axial hole. When the rotation module stops, lubricants in the axial hole reflow to the oil storage space via the through hole to avoid loss.

  • Publication number: 20140010645
Abstract: A fan structure includes a cap, a fixing shaft, a bearing, an impeller and a protection lid, wherein the cap comprises a bottom portion, a body and an accommodating space. The fixing shaft is disposed within the accommodating space, a first end portion of the fixing shaft couples the bottom portion, and a second end portion of the fixing shaft protrudes to the body. The bearing couples to the fixing shaft, the second end portion of the fixing shaft protrudes to the bearing, and a hub of the impeller couples to the bearing. The second end portion of the fixing shaft protrudes to the hub. The protection lid couples to the second end portion of the fixing shaft to prevent lubricants for lubricating the bearing from splashing. The protection lid provides the impeller with protection to prevent the impeller from being compressed by external force to avoid destruction.

  • Publication number: 20120288384
Abstract: A heat-dissipation fan includes a first plate, a second plate, a ring wall, a spacing rib, a stator and a fan wheel. The first plate comprises a vent, and an accommodating space can be defined by the first plate, the second plate and the ring wall. The spacing rib is disposed at the accommodating space. A passage is formed between the spacing rib and the ring wall, and an end portion of the spacing rib and the ring wall are spaced apart to form an opening. The passage is in communication with the vent, and the opening is in communication with the passage and the accommodating space. The fan wheel can be driven by the stator, and the dust adhered to the accommodating space may be discharged through the opening, the passage and the vent via airflow generated by rotating fan wheel.

  • Publication number: 20090315428
Abstract: A lamination of a stator of a three-phase motor has a core ring and multiple winding frames. Each winding frame has a body and two wings. The body is implemented for winding wires thereon, is elongated and defines two side edges and an outer end. The wings oppositely protrude transversely from the outer end of the body and each defines an inner edge adjacent to one corresponding side edge of the adjacent body to retain the wires wound on the body. The inner edges of the wings are formed perpendicular to, or slightly outward relative to the side edges of the body. Such that interference between the wings and wound wires near the outer ends of the bodies can be prevent, and a capacity of the winding space defined around the body is increased and an efficient of wire winding is ensured.
