  • Publication number: 20140150847
Abstract: A solar cell module and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The method includes providing a solution having a luminescent dye, mixing the solution with a first waveguide material to obtain a first mixture, and placing the first mixture and a second mixture having nano-powder and a second waveguide material into a mold to form a waveguide body having a first layer body and a second layer body stacked on the first layer body. The waveguide body has a top surface, a bottom surface opposing to the top surface, and a lateral surface connecting the top surface with the bottom surface. At least one solar cell is disposed in the mold and embedded in the waveguide body, to enlarge a light reception area and light collection.

  • Publication number: 20110146795
Abstract: A template of a thin-film solar cell includes a substrate and an anodized layer. The anodized layer is formed on the substrate, and includes plural pores, wherein alkali halide precursor is filled into the pores for controlling diffused alkaline content. A preparation for fabricating a template of a thin-film solar cell includes steps of: a) providing a substrate; b) anodizing a surface of the substrate to form an anodized layer with plural pores; and c) filling alkali halide precursor into the pores.

  • Publication number: 20050089385
Abstract: An anti-rotation locking nut (or bolt) is disclosed, including a nut (or bolt) body with a flange on the lower portion, wherein the under side of the nut (or bolt) body is ring-shaped with wavelike structures on the surface. The locking nut (or bolt) is used in conjunction with an anti-rotation packing fitted in between the article and the locking nut (or bolt). The cone shaped anti-rotation packing is formed with wavelike structures on the packing wall and made of compressible material having good elasticity. The wavelike structures on the under side of the locking nut (or bolt) and on the packing wall are to lock against each other to keep the locking nut (or bolt) in fixed position. The anti-rotation packing with the wavelike structures possesses good shock absorbing and cushioning effect to prevent the locking nut (or bolt) from inadvertent loosening.

  • Patent number: 6874984
Abstract: An expansion bolt includes a sleeve in which a central bore is defined, comprising a rear inner-threaded section and a front tapering section. Radial slits are defined in a front end portion of the sleeve and partially in communication with the tapering bore to form a plurality of deformable pawls. At least one spherical member is received in the tapering bore and has a diameter greater than a smallest diameter of the tapering bore whereby the spherical member is effectively retained in the tapering bore. A driving member having external threading is threadingly received in the threaded bore for axially engaging the spherical member. By screwing the driving member, the spherical member is forced toward the front end of the sleeve and due to the tapering configuration of the tapering bore, the movement of the spherical member toward the front end of the sleeve forces the pawls to deform outward in a radial direction thereby securing the expansion bolt in a hole defined in for example a wall.

  • Patent number: 6164708
Abstract: An adjustable safety and rapidly assembled connector includes a first joint, a second joint, two connecting seats, and a locking device. A sealing ring is installed within the connecting end of the second joint. A buckling groove is installed external the connecting end of the second joint. An inclined plane is installed on one side of the buckling groove. Each end of the two connecting seats is installed with a locking portion. A buckling body is projected from the inner portion of the buckling groove. An inclined plane is formed from one side of the buckling body. One ends of the two connecting seats are pivotally connected with connecting end of the first joint. When the two connecting seats are connected, the locking portions of two connecting seats are tightly locked by a locking device.

  • Patent number: 5868442
Abstract: The subject invention relates to a type of pipe joints fixing ring, comprising two master fixing blocks, an adjusting bolt connecting the two master fixing blocks, several slave fixing blocks, several connecting levers linking the master and slave fixing blocks, and several rollers fixed inside the master and slave fixing blocks, the inside two surfaces of said rollers are tapered planes, two pipe joints and a center ring with an O-ring that are clamped inside the master fixing blocks and the slave fixing blocks, the surfaces contacting the two joints and the rollers are tapered planes, so that by rotating to adjust the distance between the two master fixing blocks, the tapered planes on the rollers inside the master fixing blocks and the slave fixing blocks will push the tapered planes on the two joints, thus the two joints are securely tightened, to enable such integral features as evenly distributed tightening force, labor-saving tightening process and wider range of applications.
