The DC-DC converter converts output voltage of the battery into voltage having an amplitude different from that of the output voltage and transmits the converted voltage to an output stage. The MC senses discharge overcurrent of the battery using an output current of the DC-DC converter. The switch is controlled by the MC and is between the battery and the DC-DC converter.
