Abstract: The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention can perform various twisting movements while rollers formed on the bottom surfaces of left and right foot plates execute a surfing-like wave-form curvilinear movement along a wave-form curvilinear bar provided separately at the periphery of a twisting rotating plate while a half-turn movement is repeated by the twisting rotating plate which is provided at the centre of a moving-piece body as a rowing movement between handle operations. Consequently, there are advantageous effects in that the rowing movement, twisting movement, wave-form movement and the like can be executed in parallel, and in that a step movement can be executed by detaching the wave-form curvilinear bar as required.
