  • Publication number: 20160113019
Abstract: A second terminal which performs direct communication with a first terminal receives a signal for measuring a radio channel from the first terminal and calculates radio channel quality. Further, the second terminal calculates a data error rate using replay information indicating whether data are received and compensates for the radio channel quality depending on a data error rate. The second terminal reports the compensated radio channel quality to a base station and the base station uses the compensated radio channel quality to allocate resources used in direct communication.
