Abstract: Disclosed are a carrier for delivering a negatively charged drug, comprising a cationic lipid represented by formula 1, and a preparation method thereof. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a negatively charged drug and a cationic lipid represented by formula 1, wherein the negatively charged drug forms a complex with the cationic lipid. The composition can increase the in vivo stability of the negatively charged drug after local or systemic administration and allows the intracellular delivery of the negatively charged drug. Thus, the composition will be useful for improving the therapeutic effect of the negatively charged drug.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-efficiency organic photovoltaic cell using surface plasmon effect of an induced dipole polymer-metal nanoparticle hybrid and a method for fabricating the same. More particularly, it relates to a high-efficiency organic photovoltaic cell whose photoelectric efficiency is maximized by depositing an induced dipole polymer-metal nanoparticle hybrid in or on a hole injection layer, thereby enhancing surface plasmonic properties, and a method for fabricating the same.

Abstract: The present invention relates to controlling of an access for a device on home network middleware. The access control apparatus includes: an access control manager, a virtual device and a virtual device manager. The access control manager manages a list of authentication codes including an authorization level and authentication code for the device and a client requesting a service to the device; controls the access for the device by authenticating the client based on the list of authentication codes and checking whether the device control request is suitable for the authorization level of the client. The virtual device is generated in correspondence with the device to store device information and an encryption key required for encrypted communication with the device. The virtual device manager manages the virtual device corresponding to the device by checking the device periodically.

Abstract: Provided is a fault tracing system and method for remote maintenance. The fault tracing method includes detecting faults by receiving error events or fault diagnosis request messages, generating transactions for the detected faults, tracing the faults according to the transactions, and notifying a client terminal or user of the fault diagnosis results. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately trace a fault even in a home/building network environment complicatedly consisting of various resources.

Abstract: Provided are a home/building fault analysis system and method using a resource connection map log which compares and analyzes a previous integrated resource state and a current resource state using resource connection map logging information based on a standard resource management model when a fault is generated, provides state information of the resource in which information having high association with a fault resource is mainly changed, and performs an effective fault analysis and process by restoring to the previous resource state, as necessary. According to the prevent invention, when the fault is generated, a synthetic state of resources within a home/building as well as a state of an individual resource may be known from the resource connection map.
