    Abstract: A protection circuit module with a thermistor and a battery pack including the same. In one embodiment, a battery pack includes a protection circuit module and one or more bare cells. The protection circuit module includes a printed circuit board (PCB) having a protection circuit portion, a flexible film electrically connected to the PCB, and a thermistor mounted on the flexible film and configured to sense a temperature of bare cells and transfer the sensed temperature to the PCB. The one or more bare cells are electrically connected to the protection circuit module. Accordingly, the thermistor is mounted on the flexible film, so that it is possible to obtain the reliability of measuring the temperature of the battery pack.
