  • Publication number: 20220194969
Abstract: Provided are metal halide perovskite light emitting device and method of manufacturing the same. The metal halide perovskite light emitting device uses perovskite film having a multi-dimensional crystal structure derived from a proton transfer reaction as light emitting layer. Due to self-assembled shell of the perovskite film, ion movement is suppressed and surface defects are removed. Thereby, photoluminescence intensity, luminescence efficiency and lifetime are improved. By injecting a fluorine-based material and a basic material into the PEDOT:PSS conductive polymer used as the conventional hole injection layer, the acidity is controlled and the work function of the interface is improved. Furthermore, chemically stable graphene barrier layer protects the electrode vulnerable to acid, so that a high-efficiency light emitting device can be manufactured.

  • Publication number: 20180145342
Abstract: A flow field including graphene foam for a fuel cell. The flow field is made of graphene foam that enhances mass transport and suffers no corrosion under operating conditions of the fuel cell when compared with conventional flow fields. In addition, compressed graphene foam has smaller in-plane pores due to the compression and has more tortuous pathways for flowing reactants, thereby increasing retention time of reactants and accelerating diffusion of reactants into a gas diffusion layer (GDL). Further, large through-plane pores inside the graphene foam transport reactants to entire areas of a catalyst layer, and faster flow velocity compared with the conventional membrane electrode assembly (MEA) is derived from a decreased flow field width due to compression. Therefore, mass transport of reactants and products is enhanced, and performance of the fuel cell is improved at high current density regions.

  • Publication number: 20180145341
Abstract: The present invention relates to a component including graphene foam and functioning as a flow field and a gas diffusion layer (GDL) for a fuel cell. More particularly, a component functioning as a flow field and a GDL for a fuel cell according to the present invention is made of graphene foam that enhances mass transport and suffers no corrosion under operating conditions of the fuel cell when compared with a conventional flow field, thereby realizing excellent performance and durability. Furthermore, the component functions as the GDL so a thickness of a membrane electrode assembly is reduced thereby improving cell performance significantly.

  • Publication number: 20170004530
Abstract: Providing offers based on a search query comprises receiving and storing offers from merchants. The system identifies a potential merchant name from search query terms and identifies offers from a database that are not associated with the potential merchant name. The system compares the potential merchant name to the identified offers and determines if the potential merchant name appears in a number of the identified offers that is below a threshold. If so, the system determines that the query term identified as a potential merchant system is likely to be an actual merchant name. In this case, the offer distribution system may select only offers from the actual merchant to present to the user.

  • Patent number: 8700621
Abstract: An improved query suggestion system can allow a user to more effectively search for items they would like to purchase online. The present invention provides a computer-implemented method for generating query suggestions based on user-generated content. A user may begin an online shopping venture by entering a keyword into the search function on a shopping website or other search engine interface. The search engine can launch a search of user generated content on the Internet, such as product related blogs, product reviews, or question-and-answer articles. The search engine can extract frequently repeated bigrams from the content. The search engine may combine the bigrams to generate candidate composite words and select a final query suggestion list from the candidate words. The query suggestion list is displayed to the user in the search interface. The user may select one of the suggested queries if it more accurately defines his search.

  • Publication number: 20070287169
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for phosphorylation site-specific labeling of phosphoproteome with a site-specific tagging reagent and analyzing of the resulting labeled one, more especially, a method for in-situ tagging of phosphorylation sites of phosphoproteins retained in polymeric gel with a nucleophilic tagging reagent. It also relates a method for generating new proteolytic cleavable sites at formerly phosphorylation sites by a proper choice of a nucleophilic tagging reagent. It also relates to a method for phosphopeptides analysis and phosphorylation site identification by in-gel digestion of the previously in-gel tagged proteins and subsequent mass analysis of the resulting peptides. The invention provides in-gel chemical tagging method for phosphoaminoacid residue of phosphoproteins retained in polymeric gel matrix. Phosphoprotein can be immobilized into gel matrix by a variety of methods such as gel electrophoresis.

  • Patent number: 5548634
Abstract: An alphanumeric registration method and device using a push button telephone with alphanumeric entry keys is disclosed. Alphanumeric characters are classified into group information and party information representative of ten arabic numerals, alphabetic capital letters, and alphabetic small letters. When two successive key strokes corresponding to the group and party information are made, an alphanumeric registration subroutine is executed, thereby storing a single alphanumeric character corresponding to the selected group and party in a predetermined register. Accordingly, a user can easily register information such as a telephone number and/or an identification code by utilizing the alphanumeric entry keys. The present invention is widely applicable to many types of products having alphanumeric entry keys, including, but not limited to facsimile machines, high performance telephones, voice mailing systems (VMS) and audio response systems (ARS).
