  • Publication number: 20240041929
Abstract: Provided are chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), which contain extracellular antigen-binding domains that bind to G Protein-Coupled Receptor Class C Group 5 Member D (GPRC5D) and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). The disclosure further relates to genetically engineered cells expressing such CARs, and uses thereof in adoptive cell therapy.

    Publication date: February 8, 2024
    Applicant: Juno Therapeutics, Inc.
Inventors: Brian Joshua BELMONT, Kimberly HARRINGTON, Cyr Clovis Chua DE IMUS, Jon Christopher JONES, Eric William JEFFERY, Yeonjoo OH, Heather STRIEGEL
  • Publication number: 20230324408
Abstract: Provided are anti-idiotype antibodies that specifically recognize anti-ROR1 antibody moieties, in particular, anti-ROR1 antibody moieties present in recombinant receptors, including chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). The disclosure further relates to uses of anti-idiotype antibodies for specifically identifying and/or selecting cells expressing such recombinant receptors, such as anti-ROR1 CAR T cells. The disclosure further relates to uses of anti-idiotype antibodies for specifically blocking or activating such cells.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 4, 2021
    Publication date: October 12, 2023
    Applicant: Juno Therapeutics, Inc.
Inventors: Collin HAUSKINS, Catherine SIERRA, Andreia COSTA, Yeonjoo OH
  • Publication number: 20220096651
Abstract: Provided are receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1)-binding molecules, in particular, to human antibodies specific for ROR1, including antibody fragments. The present disclosure further relates to recombinant receptors, including chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that contain such antibodies or fragments, and polynucleotides that encode the antibodies, antigen-binding fragments or receptors specific for ROR1. The disclosure further relates to genetically engineered cells, containing such ROR1-binding proteins and receptors, and related methods and uses thereof in adoptive cell therapy.

  • Patent number: 7683924
Abstract: An intelligent system for identifying and communicating to a visitor using a wireless terminal and a method thereof are disclosed. The system includes: a doorphone processor for processing a bell signal event, setting and releasing of a session connection, and processing voice/video data; a terminal recognizer for determining a location of a resident based on a location of a wireless terminal when a bell is activated; a information manager for storing and managing contact addresses of terminals; and a proxy server for requesting a session connection to one of the terminals, selected by the resident, based on the contact addresses, exchanging voice and image of the visitor and voice of the resident between the video doorphone device and the selected terminal through a session channel connected by the resident's allowance of the session connection request, and releasing the session by a request of the selected terminal.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 28, 2005
Date of Patent: March 23, 2010
Assignee: Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute
