    Abstract: An apparatus includes processing circuitry, which determines a block vector that points to a reference block in a same picture as a current block in an intra block copy mode. The current block is one of a plurality of coding blocks in a coding tree block (CTB) with a right to left coding order being allowed within the CTB. The processing circuitry checks that two corner samples of the reference block have been reconstructed based on first outputs from a derivation process for block availability. The processing circuitry checks that a non corner sample of the reference block has been reconstructed based on a second output from the derivation process. The processing circuitry encodes the current block based on reconstructed samples of the reference block after a determination that the two corner samples of the reference block and the non corner sample of the reference block have been reconstructed.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a type of front finger paste for N-type solar cells. In parts by weight, the raw materials for preparing the paste include 1-5 parts of high-activity glass powder, 1-5 parts of silicon powder, 75-79 parts of aluminum-silicon alloy powder and 15-20 parts of organic component. The front finger paste for N-type solar cells and its preparation method provided by the present disclosure use aluminum paste to replace the aluminum-doped silver paste used in the existing technologies, thus reducing the production cost of N-type solar cells; and the high-activity glass powder contained in the aluminum paste can eliminate the grooving process before printing, thus simplifying the process steps, and it does not damage the passivation layer and can improve the electrical performance of the solar cell.

    Abstract: A low temperature-sintering rear silver paste for an all-aluminum back surface field crystalline silicon solar cell includes the following components in part by mass: 50-70 parts of a nano-silver powder, 20-50 parts of an organic vehicle, 0.1-0.3 parts of a dispersant and 0.1-0.3 parts of a thixotropic agent. The nano-silver powder adopted in the present invention has good sintering activity, and thus is suitable for sintering at low temperature. In addition, part of the silver paste will permeate into a rear aluminum paste in the process of sintering to form good silver-aluminum contact.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a P-type crystalline silicon rear electrode, comprising: printing an all-aluminum paste on a P-type crystalline silicon rear passivation layer, then printing a linear interlayer-glass paste on the all-aluminum paste, and finally overprinting rear silver electrodes on the linear middle layer-glass paste. In a solar cell prepared using the method, good contact with silver and aluminum is kept without causing damage to the passivation layer and compromising the conductivity.
