  • Publication number: 20080028582
Abstract: A fur lace made of two or more artificial or natural fur pieces with pile fibers projected in a direction, a method for manufacturing a fur product, and a fur lace and a fur product manufactured by the method are disclosed. The leather portions of side fur pieces sewn at both sides of a center fur piece are utilized as a margin to sew up, rather than a bias tape for sewing a fur lace to a cloth or a general product, to thereby simplify manufacturing procedures and achieve aesthetic enhancement by changing direction of pile fibers and increasing the density of pile fibers of a specific part. When the fur lace is sewn on a cloth, bag, or other products, cut portions and seam line of a fur are completely covered by pile fibers or exposed to achieve aesthetic enhancement.

  • Patent number: 7255031
Abstract: A vertical curtain cutter includes at least a base and a mold cutting device fixed on the base, which consists of a clamper, a knife and a motor. The clamper has a stationary clamp block and a movable clamp block, and the stationary clamp block has a flat clamp surface at one side and a curved clamp surface at other side. As a result, the movable clamp block and the stationary clamp block can clamp between them the rolled curtain cloth or folded-up curtain cloth. The cloth is vertically inserted by reversing the flat surface and the curved surface of the stationary clamp block. The motor can drive the knife to shift towards the curtain cloth and cut it, so that the cutter is able to cut either rolled or folded-up curtain cloth into multiple curtain pieces.

The clamper has a stationary clamp block and a movable clamp block, and the stationary clamp block has a flat clamp surface at one side and a curved clamp surface at other side. Then the movable clamp block and the stationary clamp block can clamp between them roll curtain cloth or folded-up curtain cloth vertically inserted by reversing the flat surface and the curved surface of the stationary clamp block. The motor can drive the knife shift toward the curtain cloth and cut it with a molding way, so the cutter is able to cut either roll or folded-up curtain cloth into many curtain pieces.

  • Publication number: 20050150344
Abstract: A machine for cutting parts of a window blind includes a machine base and two cutting units mounted respectively on the machine base. Each cutting unit includes two locating holes for insertion of the parts of the window blind, two cutters movable relative to the locating holes, a clutch for connecting and disconnecting the cutters, and a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism drives the cutters to move synchronously to cut off the parts of the window blind that extend out of the locating holes when the cutters are connected by the clutch. The driving mechanism drives only one of the cutters to move to cut off the parts of the window blind that extend out of one of the locating holes when the cutters are disconnected.

  • Patent number: 6754426
Abstract: A hand-held optical fiber cutting apparatus comprises a base, and a cutting device and a bending device, comprised of a pushing shaft mounted on the cutting device, that slide to perform cutting. The base includes an optical fiber guiding support to receive the optical fiber to be cut. Via a manual switch, an optical fiber clamp pivotably mounted onto the base can rotatably open or close to clamp the optical fiber. The bending device further includes a bending base pivotably assembled with the base. To cut the optical fiber, the cutting device and the pushing shaft slide toward the clamped optical fiber that is sequentially precut via a cutting blade of the cutting device and then cut off via a rotation of the bending base pushed by the pushing shaft.

  • Patent number: 6719610
Abstract: A particulate grinding method and device applies different force fields to drive the grinding medium and the particulates move in different routes but collide only at a grinding area so that they are separated naturally without conventional screening mechanisms, such as a screen or a gap, and prevented from the limitation of mechanical size of the components. Moreover, the invention is applicable to finer particulates. The circulation of particulates is not limited by any small gap of screening mechanisms, so the particulates ill not block the separator.

  • Patent number: 5798587
Abstract: A cooling loop structure of high speed spindle comprises three groups of cooling areas where the first group being the front bearing cooling area, the second group being the motor cooling area and the third group being the rear bearing cooling area. Cooling fluid from the cooling machine outlet, flows through the rear end of spindle into the front bearing cooling area, then flows into the motor cooling area, finally, after flowing into the rear bearing cooling area, it flows back into the inlet of cooling machine, thereby, forms a temperature-controlled cooling loop. The cooling loop needs only a setup of cooling fluid inlet and outlet at the rear end of spindle which can avoid being using too many exposed cooling pipes that result in space occupation and being inconvenient in the installation of spindle.
