Abstract: A monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention can bind to lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3) including a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region and inhibit the activity thereof. Thus it is expected to be useful for the development of immunotherapeutic agents for various disorders that are associated with LAG-3.

Abstract: A skin and scalp massaging apparatus using acoustic pressure. A vibration member generates vibration using acoustic pressure induced when a sound source is generated. A vibration probe is coupled to the vibration member to receive vibration. The vibration probe has a detachably provided head having various purposes. The head is provided to massage skin or scalp. The vibration probe is coupled to a cone paper damper for generating vibration through a connection member to which the vibration member is coupled. The vibration probe is coupled to the cone paper damper of the vibration member, so that vibration is directly received, and thus, the vibration efficiency can be improved. Further, the head for the skin massage or the scalp massage is detachably provided on the vibration probe, and thus, can be used for various purposes of, for example, massaging skin, scalp, or the like.

Abstract: The invention is a case for receiving at least one data storage disk. The case is comprised of two cover members and a base. The case opens by sliding one or both cover members away from each other to allow removal of the disk from the base. The present improved DVD or CD case has very few components which are characterized by great simplicity whereby low manufacturing and assembly cost is achieved, without sacrificing reliability and resistance to breakage or malfunctioning. The case can be accommodated in existing racks, or holders and displays.

The disc is supported intermediate and parallel to the base and the lid when in the closed condition. A security device is provided in juxtaposition to the media storage disc and the lid, the security device including a means to maintain a separation between the lid and the rosette member in order to prevent the rosette being actuated by the deflection of the lid towards the base member.
