  • Publication number: 20240047019
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for testing of transport and/or efficacy of chemicals and drugs by assessment of plurality of time-invariant parameters in a relevant environment, leading to higher confidence, predictive capacity and better risks assessment. The method makes use of pre-selected models obsolete as the combination of invariants is sufficient to understand the pharmacokinetics in many cases to predict the drug behavior. With this, the amount of in vivo or clinical tests required could be reduced with substantial savings of time and efforts. It is of a particular importance for the cases where such clinical tests are impossible or unethical to be performed, like on pregnant women due to risks to maternal and fetal health. Also, optimization of drugs design and their distribution satisfying biomedical requirements will be achieved with less time and costs, without explicit knowledge of its pharmacokinetics, mode or mechanism of action.

  • Patent number: 10379106
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for in vitro testing of specimens, such as biomaterials, to obtain history-dependent, time-invariant functional materials properties using time-convolution and idempotent analysis. The purpose of the method is to measure these properties using a data processing without limitations of materials models, the properties linearity or material homogeneity.
