Abstract: Image processing techniques can be used to determine whether a person has installed an unauthorized device on or in a kiosk. For example, an image processing server can determine whether a person's hand(s) are engaging in abnormal behavior by obtaining recorded images of the person's hand(s) that extend towards the kiosk to perform an action, and by comparing the information in the recorded images with a set of previously known information about other persons' hands that are similarly extended towards the kiosk.

Abstract: A structure authentication system includes a sensor configured to sense identifying features of a three-dimensional (3D) printed structure and generate identifying feature data based on the identifying features, as well as a processor configured to receive, from the sensor, the identifying feature of the 3D printed structure. The processor is also configured to analyze the identifying feature data along with a non-fungible token (NFT) database that correlates a plurality of NFTs to a plurality of identifying feature data to determine whether the 3D printed structure is associated with an NFT within the NFT database. Additionally, the processor is configured to query a blockchain to determine whether the NFT is authentically associated with the 3D printed structure. The processor is also configured to, in response to determining that the NFT is authentically associated with the 3D printed structure, send a notification to a user device indicating that the 3D printed structure is authentic.

Abstract: A foundation tilt reporting system includes a lightbulb with one or more emitters configured to emit light. The foundation tilt reporting system also includes one or more sensors configured to generate signals indicative of a current tilt of a foundation of a structure. The foundation tilt reporting system further includes one or more processors and memory storing instructions executable by the one or more processors to cause the one or more processors to access a threshold for the foundation, receive the signals indicative of the current tilt of the foundation from the one or more sensors, compare the current tilt of the foundation to the threshold, and instruct the one or more emitters to emit the light to provide an indication in response to the current tilt of the foundation meeting or exceeding the threshold.

Abstract: A system includes a computing device comprising a processor and a memory. The processor is configured to receive: vehicle data associated with a vehicle associated with a user, where the vehicle data is indicative of characteristics of the vehicle, maintenance recommendation data indicative of vehicle maintenance recommendations for the vehicle, maintenance service data indicative of maintenance services performed on the vehicle, and activity data associated with operation of the vehicle. The processor may then identify a maintenance service to be performed on the vehicle based on the received data and send a notification to a user computing device with an indication of the maintenance service to be performed.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes systems and methods for facilitating management of information related to electronic transactions. More specifically, the methods and systems discussed herein related to electronic transaction verification techniques that employ distributed computation methods, such as blockchains, to store transactional data for various web-based interactions, and to verify a transaction source and generate customer offers for these transactions.

Abstract: An order fulfillment management system includes processing circuitry configured to receive merchant data indicative of a capability of a merchant to fulfill orders for a good. The processing circuitry is also configured to provide an output to a first consumer in response to the first consumer attempting to complete a purchase of the good from the merchant while the merchant data indicates that the merchant is unable to fulfill the orders for the good within a timeframe. The output includes a notification on a graphical user interface for visualization by the first consumer, and the notification is configured to discourage the first consumer from purchasing the good from the merchant by recommending an alternative action to the first consumer.

Abstract: Systems and methods for fault tolerant digital payments are disclosed. The system comprises a computing system that can automatically determine if payments should be processed using a digital payment processing system, or using a blockchain. When the system detects that communication with the digital payment processing system has been interrupted, the system may facilitate transactions through the blockchain. In particular, the system may receive private keys from mobile devices of customers, which can be used to make payments on the blockchain.

Abstract: A system and method for using gaming as a tool to determine optimum routes through areas that have experienced a disaster are provided. Due to the disaster, an area may have some destroyed roads and other infrastructure. In one embodiment, input data collected from people on the ground, drones, and other aerial vehicles can be used to generate a virtual simulation of the area. The virtual area may include renderings of destroyed roads and infrastructure. Once created, the virtual area may be uploaded to an online gaming environment where users can participate in online games that permit them to find the best routes through the virtual area between starting and destination points. Once optimal routes are found, the system may send these routes to navigation systems used by rescuers and other people in the area to help them navigate the disaster area.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to aggregation of data associated with events related to automotive vehicles. Automotive vehicles may include a variety of sensing devices used in local sensing operations. However, these sensing devices may not be leveraged beyond the local sensing operations. When automotive vehicles are operated, sometimes events occur. As discussed herein, an event-based data aggregation service may aggregate sensing data from one or more sensing devices, such as sensing devices of the automotive vehicles, in response to receiving an event notification associated with one or more of the events and may use the sensing data when responding to the event notification.

Abstract: A method and system of providing customer-specific information and guidance to support agents during calls with customers. The information includes a summary of in-app activity by the customer prior to the call between the customer and a support agent. The method includes receiving and storing the in-app activity in an activity record associated with the customer's account. The activity record is retrieved in response to a communication session being initiated or occurring between the customer and support agent and presented to the support agent in order to facilitate the conversation and expedite the resolution process.

Abstract: A budget management guidance system includes a portable device having processing circuitry and a storage device. The processing circuitry is configured to receive product imagery related to a product, determine a purchase price of the product based on the product imagery, access a budget goal for a user from the storage device, and instruct output of a notification on a graphical user interface of the portable device in response to determining that the purchase price of the product exceeds the budget goal for the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods described herein facilitate the tracking of shared ownership of assets, such as real property as well as other types of property, using distributed ledger technology (DLT) techniques. For example, in timesharing scenarios, by storing data relating to shared ownership of particular assets in a distributed ledger, such as a blockchain, various aspects of the shared ownership of the shared asset may be tracked in an immutable and secure manner with all parties involved having transparency into the data relating to the shared asset. For example, the embodiments described herein enable tracking of certain aspects relating to shared ownership of a shared asset, such as scheduling of time periods during which certain share owners may take custody, tracking of transfers of custody of the shared asset between share owners, transfer of control of smart devices associated with the shared asset, and so forth.

Abstract: Systems and methods described herein track bartering using distributed ledger techniques to, for example, facilitate the establishment of a bartering marketplace that enables users to barter for, and ultimately exchange, services and/or goods with each other. In certain embodiments, a monetary value may be assigned to each service and/or good to be bartered to establish appropriate bartering baselines. In addition, in certain embodiments, additional monetary value exchanges may be tracked for particular exchanges to make sure that the exchanges are fair.

Abstract: A method and system of providing guidance and information to an end-user during an emergency situation. A network of one or more enrolled devices can obtain infrared data that will be used by the system to determine whether there is a high likelihood of a fire in a building. When an emergency situation such as a fire is detected, alerts can be generated at the enrolled devices that provide navigation cues based on user preferences and suggested evacuation routes to safely guide the end-user to the nearest designated exit.

Abstract: Safety for bicyclists while travelling on a road near to certain motor vehicles is achieved through the use of systems and methods that communicate the physical location of the bicyclist in relation to the motor vehicle. The systems and methods allow a bicyclist to generate a “safety bubble” of an exclusion zone set of location coordinates. The motor vehicle is automatically prompted to navigate away from the exclusion zone. The exclusion zone of location coordinates may be generated based on the bicyclist user's preferences, as well as legal data and road data. By drawing from these several parameters, the exclusion zone may be sized and located so as to best meet the bicyclist's need without unduly impacting traffic flow.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server for enabling automatic shopping. The server may associate a shopping cart with a customer's electronic user device. The server may monitor the locations of the electronic user device. Based on the customer's location, the server may identify the shelves and items the customer has visited. When an item is lifted from the shelf, at least one weight sensor on the shelf may detect the weight change. The server may receive a notification comprising an amount of weight change from the weight sensor on the shelf. When the customer places the item into his/her shopping cart, the weight sensor on the shopping cart may detect the weight addition. If the weight change and weight addition match, the analytic server may determine that the item picked up from the shelf is placed within the customer's shopping cart.

Abstract: A method and system of protecting network activity of mobile devices is disclosed. Specifically, the methods and systems enable the detection of surveillance signals targeting or potentially targeting a user's personal device and automatically triggering a protective response to safeguard the user's information. The proposed systems can provide mobile device users with a powerful security capability by enabling their device to automatically disconnect from one or more networks and/or emitting a protective jamming signal in response to the detection of nearby potential surveillance activities.

Abstract: To protect corporate information technology (IT) networks, corporations or organizations can design their networks with secure technology. For example, before an employee can remotely access his or her company's network via a user device, a server associated with the company's network can setup an exemplary secure digital certificate for the user device. The secure digital certificate includes a public Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with a router used by the user device to access the Internet. When employee attempts to remotely access his or her company's network, the user device or a router associated with the user device can send the secure digital certificate along with a current public IP address of the router used by the user device to access the Internet. In some embodiments, if the public IP address included in the digital certificate matches the current public IP address, the user device can access the company's network.

Abstract: A method and system of providing users with session-specific layouts during access of an application based on contextual data. The system identifies contextual data for each application access session and associates the contextual data with a particular in-app activity. The in-app activity corresponds to a task that is typically performed by the first user when the specific contextual data is detected. The contextual data can include location data, time and date data, and device type data.
