    Abstract: A clutching jig used to disassemble a lens module which includes a lens socket and a lens component mounted to the lens socket by a plurality of buckling pieces of the lens socket abutting a top and a side of the lens component defines a housing having a base. The base has an inserting hole. A bottom of the base has a holding wall for pressing the buckling pieces apart from the lens component. A top of the base has a pair of connecting walls. Two clutching arms are rotatably mounted to the housing. Each of the clutching arms has a fixing plate. An end of a top side of the fixing plate has a holding bar. An end of a bottom side of the fixing plate defines a clutching slice for holding the lens component when the holding bars are urged to approach each other, in disassembly.

    Abstract: A linear bearing includes a casing which has multiple slots defined axially through a wall thereof and rollers are engaged with the slots. Two grooves are radially defined in the outer surface of the casing and located close to two ends of the casing. The grooves communicate with the slots. Two collars are engaged with the grooves so as to prevent the rollers from disengaging from the slots. Each slot includes guide grooves defined in two insides thereof so that the two axles on two ends of each roller are engaged with the guide grooves.

    Abstract: A method of detecting oxygen leakage. Firstly, a detection wafer with a first color positioned on the substrate is provided. Then, the detection wafer is loaded into a reaction tube from a loading chamber, and subsequently, the detection wafer is unloaded from the reaction tube. Finally, the detection wafer is observed to obtain a second color, wherein if oxygen leaks into the loading chamber, the second color is different from the first color.

    Abstract: A pipe trap comprising a body, a disc filter, a pipe and a plurality of mesh filter suitable for filtering gases is provided. The pipe trap body has a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The disc filter and the mesh filters are enclosed inside the pipe trap body. One end of the pipe connects with the disc filter and the other end of the pipe connects with the gas outlet. The mesh filters are enclosed inside the pipe. Using a multi-stage filtering method, liquid matter separates out first and then gaseous particles are filtered according to the particle size so that the pipe trap has a high filtering efficiency.
