    Abstract: A system for performing a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process is provided. The system includes a CMP tool configured to polish a semiconductor wafer. The processing system further includes a wafer stage configured to support the semiconductor wafer for facilitating the insertion of the semiconductor wafer into, and its subsequent removal from, the CMP tool. The processing system also includes a number of spray nozzles positioned relative to the wafer stage. In addition, the processing system includes a spray generator connected to the spray nozzles and configured to convert a mixture to a mist spray. The processing system further includes a controller configured to activate flow of the mist spray from the spray generator to the spray nozzles to discharge the mist spray over the semiconductor wafer supported by the wafer stage.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing metal product having irregular shapes includes steps of providing powder and binding agent, and mixing the powder and binding agent as a mixed feed. The mixed feed is heated to a plastic state, and injected into a mold cavity to form a plurality of blanks. The blanks are degreased to remove the binding agent and are sintered to form workpieces. A substrate or substrates and the workpieces form different parts of the metal product having irregular shapes. The workpieces are disposed on substrate to form a preform and the preform is bonded to form the metal products of irregular shape.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing hollow and other metal products of irregular shape provides metal powder and binding agent, and the two are feed-mixed and heated to a plastic state. The feed-mix is injected in a mold cavity of a first injection mold to form a first blank, and injected in a mold cavity of a second injection mold to form a second blank. The first blank and the second blank are welded together to form a built-up blank which is degreased to remove the binding agent therein. The degreased built-up blank is sintered to obtain the metal product of irregular shape.

    Abstract: A portable electronic device includes first and second bodies. The first body includes a guiding rail, a restoring component, a first magnet disposed in the guiding rail, top and bottom surfaces. The guiding rail is connected between the top and bottom surfaces. The restoring component is disposed at one end of the guiding rail close to the top surface. The second body including a second magnet is pivotally connected to the first body for rotating from leaning on the top surface till leaning on the bottom surface. When the second body leans on the top surface, the first magnet is attracted to the second magnet to lean on the restoring component. When the second body leans on the bottom surface, an attraction force between the first and second magnets is greater than a restoring force provided by the restoring component so the second magnet moves toward the bottom surface.
