    Abstract: An optical inspection system suitable for inspecting a thin film is provided, in which a computer controls a controller to rotate angles of at least two of a polarization device, a phase compensation device and an analyzer at various incident wavelengths and incident angles of a light source, such that the intensities of a first image corresponding to the incident wavelengths and the incident angles of the light source are zero. The computer further records the rotated angles of at least two of the polarization device, the phase compensation device and the analyzer and intensities of a second image corresponding to the incident wavelengths and the incident angles when the intensities of the first image are zero, thereby obtaining a profiling diagram and a maximum intensity of the second images, in which the maximum intensity corresponds to a maximum grey level.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an inspection device including a light source module, an image receiving module and a processing unit. The light source module emits a first incident light and a second incident light to a device under test (DUT). The image receiving module receives a first image corresponding to the DUT irradiated by the first incident light, and receives a second image corresponding to the DUT irradiated by the second incident light. The processing unit calculates the contrast ratio of the first image and the second image to obtain a high-contrast image for inspection.

    Abstract: A safety switch of a socket for an air conditioner includes a box, a fixing base, a lid, a plug and a control switch. The box has a chamber. The fixing base is fixed on a front side of the box, with a socket installed in an intermediate portion. The lid is capped on the fixing base. The plug is installed on a rear side of the box, having a conducting line connected with the socket, and plural plugging terminals formed on an outer wall. The control switch is set in the chamber of the box, having a switch lever extended out from a front side of the box, and two conducting lines for being respectively connected with the plug and the socket of said fixing base. So a plug of an air conditioner is unnecessary to be frequently plugged in and pulled out of a socket.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for measuring object characteristics, wherein the method is capable of overcoming the interference induced bye the phase difference of the background with respect to the measuring system so as to measure the tiny characteristics such as the retardance or azimuth angle of an object accurately. The method is capable of obtaining two sets of light intensity images having retardance of background and the object respectively by simultaneously rotating the retarding elements and analyzer in various rotating angle combinations, and analyzing and calculating upon the polarized light intensities of the images associated with the background and the object so as to obtain actual retardance and azimuth angle of the object without the affect of the background retardance.

    Abstract: A coating machine is provided with an exhaust processor. The exhaust processor includes a collator and a pumping and filtering unit. The collector includes a conduit disposed therein, a drawer movable therein under the funnel and at least one vent defined therein. A lower end of the funnel extends into the drawer so that when exhaust goes into the drawer from the conduit, a major portion of paint carried in the exhaust deposits in the drawer. The pumping and filtering unit includes a filter, at least one pipe and a pump. The pipe connects the filter to the vent. The pump pumps the exhaust to the environment from the coating chamber through the exhaust processor.

    Abstract: A double folding auto-expansion and folding umbrella has an umbrella shaft formed by a hollow first tube sheathing with a hollow second tube, a head fixed on the bottom of the hollow second tube, a control switch being installed on the head, a first nest fixed on the top of the hollow first tube; a second nest sheathing on the umbrella shaft and capable of lifting and moving along thereof, a supporting frame composed by a plurality of umbrella bones connecting to the second nest, and an umbrella cloth paved on the supporting frame. The first nest is connected to the hollow first tube, the supporting frame and the umbrella cloth. A retaining seat of the elastic pin is positioned in the about middle of the hollow second tube. An elastic hook is installed under the elastic pin. The elastic hook is connected to the control switch. Besides, the upper portion of the hollow first tube has a first buckling hole. An elastic buckle for buckling the first buckling hole is installed in the second nest.
