The present invention also provides a backlight system, which includes a reflector plate and a back frame that carries the reflector plate, wherein the back frame includes at least two primary assembling pieces, the at least two primary assembling pieces being joined to form a main frame structure of the back frame; and the reflector plate comprises a substrate layer and a reflection layer formed on the substrate layer, the substrate layer having a surface that is away from the reflection layer and comprises an ink layer printed thereon.

Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module and a backboard structure incorporated therein. The backboard structure is configured with a first bracket having the buckle, and a second bracket having defined with the retaining slot. With the interengagement between the buckle and the retaining slot, the embossment and the positioning slot, the backboard structure can be readily constructed by the assembling of the first and second brackets. Since no screws are necessary for the assembling of the backboard structure, no laborious work is required as well. This can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost, and is really beneficial to the automation.

Abstract: The present invention provides a back frame of flat panel display device, which includes primary assembling pieces and secondary assembling pieces; the primary assembling pieces are of a number of at least two, the at least two primary assembling pieces being joined to form a main frame structure of the back frame; the secondary assembling pieces are arranged inside the back frame and joined to the back frame; some of the primary assembling pieces and the secondary assembling pieces are of first density and first strength and others are of second density and second strength; the first density is greater than the second density and the first strength is greater than the second strength. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a back frame of flat panel display device and a backlight system.

Abstract: The present invention provides a back plate, backlight module and liquid crystal display device. The back plate is formed by splicing a plurality of splicing elements, wherein at least some of splicing elements are connected through rotation mechanism so that the back plate can switch between normal usage state and folded state, the back plate in folded state is smaller than in normal usage state, at least one of the splicing elements is an aluminum extrusion. Through using aluminum extrusion as a part of splice-type back plate and heat-dissipating device, the present invention improves heat-dissipation capability of backlight module and increases the life span of backlight module. In addition, because the splicing elements of back plate are connected in a rotatable manner, the back plate can be folded so as to improve the efficiency of storage and transport and reduce storage and transport cost.

Display back frame includes a plurality of splicing elements spliced together, with at least a part of splicing elements connected through rotation mechanism. Splicing element includes main part and stop wall. The stop wall includes bottom part, side wall and top part. Bottom part and outer edge of the main part is connected levelly. Top part is disposed in parallel with the bottom part with a spacing gap. Side wall is disposed between top part and bottom part. Surface of the main part facing the top part has a first bump. As such, through the above disposition, the present invention can reduce required space during storage and transport to improve transport and storage efficiency, and save the use of mold frame to simplify assembly and improve assembly efficiency to reduce cost.

The first engaging portion is disposed on a bottom plate of the packing box. At least one opening passing through the bottom plate is disposed in the bottom plate. The first engaging portion is located between the opening and a side wall of the packing box. The second engaging portion is disposed on a bottom surface of a cushion of the packing box. The second engaging portion is corresponding to the first engaging portion to allow the second engaging portion engage with the first engaging portion when the cushion is disposed on the bottom plate. A packing box for a LCD panel is further disclosed.

The display backplane comprises multiple supporting brackets and a connecting slot, wherein, the connecting slot comprises a sliding slot and a protruding platform, and the protruding platform is sliding held in the sliding slot, and at least two of the brackets can rotate relatively about a first rotation axis perpendicular to the plane of the display backplane. After rotation, the display backplane formed by the brackets is smaller in volume such that it can reduce the volume occupied by the packing and shipping during transportation process of the display backplane in order to reduce the packing and shipping cost during transportation process of the display backplane.

The back plate assembly contains a back plate, a blocking rim, a side wall, and a buffering element. The back plate supports the optical member of the backlight module. The blocking rim fixes the optical member jointly with the back plate, and supports a liquid crystal panel. The side wall has a back edge connected with the back plate and a front edge connected with the blocking rim. The buffering element is configured at an edge of the blocking rim that is away from the side wall and attached to the optical member and a liquid crystal panel, respectively. The present invention prevents the optical member and liquid crystal panel from contacting with the blocking rim and thereby being scratched, so as to provide effective protection.
