The output node is used to provide a sweep signal. The current generating block is coupled to the output node, includes a detection path for detecting an output load variation on the output node, and adjusts the sweep signal provided by the output node based on the output load variation. The voltage regulating block is coupled to the output node for regulating a voltage of the output node.

The contact structure is disposed on the ACF and electrically connected to the contact pad via the conductive particles. The disclosure also provides a flexible device including a substrate, a patterned insulating layer, at least one contact pad, ACF, and a contact structure.

The controlling circuit receives the plural detecting signals and judges a bending status of the flexible display panel according to the plural detecting signals.
