  • Patent number: 7148934
Abstract: A rear projection television includes a casing with a space therein and a plurality of modular units. A plurality of maintenance holes are formed through the casing to communicate with the space. The modular units are positioned in the space to correspond to the maintenance holes. When one component inside the casing needs repairing, only a lid covering the corresponding maintenance hole is dismounted for the user to quickly take the component out, without moving the casing. Thereby, the repair process is simplified with saved repair labor and space.

  • Patent number: 7008062
Abstract: An exhausting structure used in a rear projection TV has a ventilating chamber inside a casing of the TV to separate an optical engine from the casing. A fan is mounted in the ventilating chamber near the optical engine to ventilate the heat from the inside of the TV via a conduit and an outlet. The fan is isolated from outside of the TV to reduce any noise generated from the fan.

  • Patent number: 7006352
Abstract: An interface panel structure used in an electric machine; comprises a fixed seat with a fixed seat with a holding element and sliding rails and a movable sliding seat installed therein. Fixing holes for accepting the holding element and sliding grooves operated in cooperation with the sliding rails are disposed in the sliding seat. In addition, a guide rod is installed in the sliding seat for touching off the holding the holding element to separate it from the fixing hole. When the holding element and the fixing hole are engaged, the sliding seat with interface outlets disposed at the front face thereof is hidden in the fixed seat fixed in the electric machine. And, there is no need to open holes on the surface of the electric machine by means of the interface panel structure.

  • Publication number: 20040251798
Abstract: A fastening structure is mounted inside a power control box and includes two guiding sheets and a resilient stopper. When an adapter module is placed in the power control box, the guiding sheets guide the adapter module to move along a predetermined direction to a predetermined position. Then, a resilient stopper rebounds to abut against a back surface of the adapter module to fasten the adapter module. Furthermore, when a screw nut is screwed to the adapter module, the resilient stopper and the guiding sheets provide a fastening mechanism for the screw nut to be easily screwed.

  • Publication number: 20040160744
Abstract: A casing structure for a power supply mainly includes an upper casing body and lower casing body. A pair of inlaying sheets and a plurality of the engaging edges are respectively formed at the flank sides of the upper casing body and engaged edges and an inlayed slot are respectively disposed at the flank sides of the lower casing body corresponding to the engaging edges and the inlaying sheets. Whereby, the upper casing body and the lower casing body are overlapped connecting with each other. Furthermore, an arc notch with an inward contracted opening is disposed at the lower casing body so as to be convenient in wiring arrangement and to prevent internal wires from bundling. And, an inlaying fixation manner is used to allow simplifying an assembly procedure for a casing.

  • Publication number: 20040131422
Abstract: A fastening structure of the invention includes a substrate, an inserting hole and a plurality of resilient sheets. The inserting hole is formed through the substrate for receiving the connector. The resilient sheets and an inner periphery of the inserting hole define an opening for receiving the connector. After the connector is placed in the opening, a free section of each resilient sheet deforms to engage with at least one indentation formed on an external periphery of the connector, thereby allowing easy screwing of a screw nut onto the connector.
