    Abstract: A fabrication method of an optical disk drive is provided. The method adapted for alleviating the eccentric issue of a loaded optical disk. The optical disk drive, for example, includes a turntable having a plurality of engaging springs. The engaging springs are adapted to secure the optical disk through a hole in the center of the optical disk. The steps for fabricating the optical disk drive include the following: first, the eccentric degree of the optical disk caused by the engaging springs is measured. Then a result is obtained. According to the obtained result, material is added to at least one of the engaging springs or a part of original material is removed from at least one of the engaging springs.

An organic electroluminescent (EL) structure is disposed on the non-luminescent surface to provide the organic EL structure to electrically connect to an outer circuit. The FPC, disposed on the same side of the organic electroluminescent structure, comprises a junction portion and a main portion, in which the main portion connects to the junction portion and electrically connects to the outer circuit. The junction portion is adapted to connect to the bonding pad and the main portion is directly extended to the direction toward the organic electroluminescent structure.

Thus, the first molding compound encapsulates the entire surface of the first substrate, so that the mold flush of the first molding compound will not occur, and the rigidity of the first substrate is increased.
