    Abstract: A fixing mechanism for fixing a data storage device is disclosed. The fixing mechanism includes a first latching member, a second latching member and a pressing member. The first latching member is for latching a first hole, so as to fix a first side of a data storage device. The second latching member is connected to the first latching member for latching a second hole, so as to fix a second side of the data storage device. The pressing member is connected to the second latching member. The pressing member drives the second latching member to rotate in a first direction as being pressed, so as to separate the second latching member from the second hole, and further drives the first latching member to rotate in the first direction, so as to push the first side of the data storage device for lifting the data storage device.

The hinge includes a connecting support disposed in the receiving space and a rotary member operable to pivot relative to the connecting support, and having an engaging segment. The fastening member is disposed in the receiving space, is registered with the through hole, and is formed with an engaging slot for engaging the engaging segment. The actuating member removably extends into the through hole and is operable to actuate the fastening member to move between locked and unlocked positions, where the engaging segment and the engaging slot are engageable and non-engageable, respectively.

    Abstract: A portable computer includes a host module having a host housing. A slot is formed on the host housing, and the slot includes a first fixing end and a second fixing end. The portable computer further includes a display module pivoted to the host module, and a heat dissipating stand installed inside the slot on the host housing in a slidable manner. When an end of the heat dissipating stand is fixed on the first fixing end of the slot, the heat dissipating stand is contained inside the slot completely. When the end of the heat dissipating stand is fixed on the second fixing end of the slot, the other end of the heat dissipating stand protrudes out of the slot and is disposed under the host housing so as to lift the host module.

When the push module is in the loose state, at least a portion of the first pressing element is in the opening; when the push module is in the tight state, the second pressing element connects to the second slide unit, and the first pressing element connects to the slot of the pen.
