    Abstract: A display device and a bezel thereof are provided. The display device includes a display panel and a bezel. The display panel has a first surface and a second surface. The first surface includes at least one pixel pad section, and the second surface includes at least one circuit pad section. The bezel includes a first surface connecting portion, a second surface connecting portion and at least one conductive wire. The edge of the display panel having the pixel pad section and the circuit pad section is accommodated between the first surface connecting portion and the second surface connecting portion. Each conductive wire has a first end and a second end. The first end is disposed on the first surface connecting portion and the second end is disposed on the second surface connecting portion. The part of the first connecting portion having the first end corresponds to the pixel pad section, and the part of the second connecting portion having the second end corresponds to the circuit pad section.

Whether the network quality in the space is changed is determined according to the network quality data. Whether there is an obstacle around the vehicle device is detected. When it is determined that the network quality in the space is changed or the obstacle is detected around the vehicle device, at least one of the movement path, the movement speed, and the measurement frequency is adjusted.

A high speed clock receives an input signal and an external clock signal. The input signal includes a plurality of test bits. A finite state machine controller provides a pattern type. A pattern generator generates and provides a test signal to at least one memory cell of the memory chip to write the test signal to the at least one memory cell based on the pattern type and the external clock signal. A test frequency of the test signal is determined based on the high speed clock. An output comparator outputs a comparison signal based on a difference between the test signal and a readout signal corresponding to the test signal read from the at least one memory cell.

If the battery case is provided with battery indicator, speed indicator, headlight and the like instruments, the user rider can read it easily, and the battery case also can be used as a meter. Thus, not only the meter cost is saved, but also the circuit installation is simplified. Furthermore, the battery case is loaded on the flanges of the mounting base, and the connection between the battery case and the mounting base is strengthened by a projection and a locking cavity.
