    Abstract: An active single-ended transmission cable is disclosed. The active single-ended transmission cable allows connection between a first and a second electronic device and comprises a first port, a second port, and a transmission wire. The first or second port is used for receiving or transmitting a differential signal between the first and the second electronic devices, and for converting between a differential signal and a single-ended signal. The transmission wire is used for transmitting the single-ended signal. This allows the conversion between the received or transmitted differential signal at the first and second ports into the single-ended signal so as to allow the transmission of the single-ended signal within the transmission wire.

    Abstract: A multi-mode USB-C connection cable is disclosed. The cable can connect between a first and a second electronic device and includes a first and a second connector port, a plurality of transmission wires, a first and a second auxiliary signal wire, and a first and a second adapter chip. The first and the second connector ports are connected to the first and the second electronic devices, and the plurality of transmission wires are connected between the first and the second the adapter chips. The first and the second auxiliary signal wires are used to receive a control signal from the first or the second device to adjust a first and a second voltage level. The first and the second adapter chips adjust a signal transmission mode of the plurality of transmission wires based on the first and the second voltage levels.

    Abstract: A gaseous lamp includes a housing, a lamp shade disposed on the housing, a valve device having a receptacle received in the housing and having a gas passage and an inlet for coupling to a gaseous reservoir. A control member is disposed in the receptacle, and includes a plunger core slidably received in a coil which may force the plunger core to actuate a valve member to selectively block the gas passage of the receptacle. A tube is coupled to the outlet of the receptacle of the valve device, for supplying the gas outwardly through the tube. A control device may be energized by one or more batteries to operate the control member.
