    Abstract: A medical image assistance system and a medical image assistance method are provided. During a medical process, an image capturing apparatus located at a local location captures a first image and transmits the first image to a control device located at the local location, and the control device transmits the first image captured by the image capturing apparatus to an electronic apparatus located at a remote location. The electronic apparatus performs a marking operation on the first image to generate a second image, and transmits the second image to the control device. The control device transmits the second image to a head-mounted display apparatus located at the local location so that the head-mounted display apparatus simultaneously displays the second image and a real-time local image. The first image and the second image are at least partially the same in content.

The initial coordinate information is adjusted in a virtual adjustment coordinate region to obtain adjusted coordinate information when an adjustment command is received. An adjusted image is provided to the active display region of the augmented reality display device based on the adjusted coordinate information. The display image adjustment method and the augmented reality display device proposed by the disclosure may adjust display content of the AR display device according to user's needs.

The projection lens is connected to the projection device housing, and the projection device housing includes a main casing and a supporting assembly disposed on the main casing in a flipping manner. When the projection device housing is located in a folded position, the supporting assembly leans against the main casing and the projection lens faces a first direction. When the projection device housing is located in an unfolded position, the supporting assembly is flipped with respect to the main casing and is adapted to stand on the surface, and the projection lens faces a second direction and is adapted to project onto the surface. The projection device may project onto the standing surface without a tall casing or a bracket to be included or additionally assembled.
