    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device package includes the following steps. A redistribution structure is formed on a carrier. A plurality of second semiconductor devices are disposed on the redistribution structure. At least one warpage adjusting component is disposed on at least one of the second semiconductor devices. A first semiconductor device is disposed on the redistribution structure. An encapsulating material is formed on the redistribution structure to encapsulate the first semiconductor device, the second semiconductor devices and the warpage adjusting component. The carrier is removed to reveal a bottom surface of the redistribution structure. A plurality of electrical terminals are formed on the bottom surface of the redistribution structure.

    Abstract: The present invention provides dopant-free conductive elastomeric polyurethanes that have broad biomedical application, including smart drug delivery, electronics and biomedicine. In various embodiments, a dopant-free conductive, elastomeric polyurethane is designed by covalently conjugating biodegradable segment, conductive segment and dopant molecule into one polymer chain. The dopant-free conductive polyurethanes according to various embodiments of the invention exhibit attractive mechanical properties, including bending, knotting, stretching and recoiling. The biodegradable, conductive elastomer also exhibit good electroactivity and electrical stability without extra dopant involvement.

    Abstract: A water level controller for a hydroponic system includes a float shifting upward and downward with the culture solution, a first magnetic attraction element and an inlet valve for feeding in the culture solution. The float includes a seal and a second magnetic attraction element. The seal closes the inlet valve to stop feeding in water when the float ascends to a high water level, and moves way from the inlet valve to start feeding in water at a low water level. The second magnetic attraction element attracts the first magnetic attraction element to keep the seal closing the inlet valve at the high water level and to keep the seal moving away from the inlet valve at the low water level, until the buoyancy of the float is larger than the magnetic attraction between the second and the first magnetic attraction element thereby causing escape from each other.

The idle period of the printhead can be a duration when printing on the substrate is suspended. Further, the control device regulates ejection of ink from the ink nozzles towards the substrate during the idle period and operates the servicing mechanism during the idle period. In an example, the servicing mechanism captures the ink before the ink reaches the substrate.
