  • Patent number: 12240194
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a multicolor shoe material includes the following steps. Step S1: blank molds are provided, and a mold chamber of each of the blank molds is injected by one of the foamed materials in different colors to form unfoamed semi-finished products in different colors. Step S2: the semi-finished products are put into a foaming mold, when the foaming mold is preheated and completely closed, a ratio of a total volume of the semi-finished products to a volume of the mold chamber of the foaming mold is ranged between 0.96 and 1.04. Thus, the semi-finished products could be evenly foamed. After foaming, adjacent two of the semi-finished products could be connected by heat fusion to obtain the multicolor shoe material. Additionally, a semi-finished product and a multicolor shoe material are provided in the present invention.

  • Patent number: 12230318
Abstract: A memory device includes a first word line and a second word line. A first portion of the first word line is formed in a first metal layer, a second portion of the first word line is formed in a second metal layer above the first metal layer, and a third portion of the first word line is formed in a third metal layer below the second metal layer. A first portion of the second word line is formed in the first metal layer. A second portion of the second word line is formed in the second metal layer. The first portion, the second portion, and the third portion of the first word line have sizes that are different from each other, and the first portion and the second portion of the second word line have sizes that are different from each other.

  • Publication number: 20250053103
Abstract: Some implementations described herein include operating components in a lithography system at variable speeds to reduce, minimize, and/or prevent particle generation due to rubbing of or collision between contact parts of the components. In some implementations, a component in a path of transfer of a semiconductor substrate in the lithography system is operated at a relatively high movement speed through a first portion of an actuation operation, and is operated at a reduced movement speed (e.g., a movement speed that is less than the high movement speed) through a second portion of the actuation operation in which contact parts of the component are to interact. The reduced movement speed reduces the likelihood of particle generation and/or release from the contact parts when the contact parts interact, while the high movement speed provides a high semiconductor substrate throughput in the lithography system.

  • Publication number: 20250044636
Abstract: An optical system includes a pancake lens assembly and a varifocal lens device. The varifocal lens device is coupled to the pancake lens assembly in a way that an optical axis of the varifocal lens device is in alignment with an optical axis of the pancake lens assembly, thereby permitting the optical system to have an adjustable focal length.

  • Publication number: 20230133657
Abstract: The use of menthol or an isomer thereof for preparation of a topical composition to improve neurodegenerative diseases and stroke wherein the neurodegenerative diseases are attributed to cerebral neurons impaired or degenerated, shortage of dopamine in a brain. The topical composition is manufactured as patches, liquids, pastes, oily substances, powders, gels, sprays, composite products or other products to be covered on limbs and applied on skin. A product to be covered on limbs can be a glove, a foot muff, a sock or an extended part or a layered object from a garment for continuous contact between skin and menthol. The present invention also provides the use of menthol or an isomer thereof for preparation of a topical composition to improve diseases or symptoms attributed to cerebral neurons impaired or degenerated, shortage of dopamine or stroke.
