Abstract: In one example, an electronic device includes a substrate and a cover structure. The cover structure includes an upper cover wall comprising an upper wall outer surface and an upper wall inner surface opposite to the upper wall outer surface, cover sidewalls extending from the upper wall inner surface and coupled to the substrate. The upper cover wall and the cover sidewalls define a cavity. A channel structure is in the upper cover wall extending inward from the upper wall inner surface. A first electronic component is coupled to the substrate within the cavity and a thermal interface material (TIM) is coupled to the upper wall inner surface and the first electronic component. A portion of the TIM is within the channel structure. Other examples and related methods are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: A system and method for maximizing bandwidth in an uplink for a 5G communication system is disclosed. Multiple end devices generate image streams. A gateway is coupled to the end devices. The gateway includes a gateway monitor agent collecting utilization rate data of the gateway and an image inspector collecting inspection data from the received image streams. An edge server is coupled to the gateway. The edge server includes an edge server monitor agent collecting utilization rate data of the edge server. An analytics manager is coupled to the gateway and the edge server. The analytics manager is configured to determine an allocation strategy based on the collected utilization rate data from the gateway and the edge server.

Abstract: A communication module is provided, and is disposed in an equipment cabinet. The communication module includes a module body and a puller. The module body is detachably disposed in the equipment cabinet, and has a surface. The puller is disposed on the module body, and extends outside the surface. The puller includes a puller body and an elastic element, and the elastic element is connected between the puller body and the module body.

Abstract: A display panel and a repair method thereof are disclosed. The display panel comprises a plurality of signal lines, having at least one first repair line and at least one second repair line. The first repair line and the second repair line are respectively disposed at both sides of the signal lines, and the signal lines are partially overlapped. The method comprises: electrically connecting the broken signal line and the first repair line; electrically connecting the broken signal line and the second repair line; and utilizing a flexible conductive component to electrically connect the first repair line and the second repair line.
