Abstract: This invention provides an electronic reading device which comprises an eye glass frame and a camera-projection component mounted on the eye glass frame comprising a projection unit to project an image onto a projection surface and an optical sensor unit to perform a scan of a region near the projection surface, wherein the optical sensor unit is configured to operate as a user interface by detecting a user input based on the scan. The electronic reading device could create the same page-reading experience as well as page-turning experience on to every surface such as walls, tables, or other kinds of panels as reading a conventional book, i.e. simulating “page turning like a real paper book”.

Abstract: A base for a vehicle onboard monitoring device includes a hollow frame defined therein a space for receiving therein the monitoring device and having a first pair of cutouts and a second pair of cutouts and a connecting plate. The connecting plate has two ears to selectively extend into the first pair of cutouts and the second pair of cutouts such that changing orientation of the connecting plate to allow the connecting plate to be connected to a different side face of the vehicle is able to maintain an image right-side-up in the monitoring device.
