A hydrochloride of the phenothiazine compound and a crystal thereof can be used as ferroptosis inhibitors, and the hydrochloride and the crystal thereof have relatively good solubility, stability, oral absorption bioavailability, and druggability.

Abstract: A three-level power factor rectifier includes a diode bridge arm, a bridge arm assembly, an input inductor, a capacitor bank, and a controller. The first bridge arm includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, and a fourth switch connected in series and in sequence. When the controller determines that a loading is less than a load threshold, the controller controls the three-level power factor rectifier entering a burst mode. In the burst sleep period, when a voltage value of an AC power source is greater than a first threshold, the first switch and the second switch are turned off; when the voltage value is less than a second threshold, the third switch and the fourth switch are turned on. When entering the burst period from the burst sleep period, the controller turns on the second switch and the third switch for a specific time period.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of OAM antennas, and provides a frequency re-configurable OAM antenna in S band and a frequency reconfiguration method. The OAM antenna includes a lower dielectric substrate and multiple array units. Each array unit includes a metal patch, an upper dielectric substrate, an outer loop, an inner loop, a coaxial feeder, four metal probes, and four diodes. In the present disclosure, bias states of all the diodes of each array unit are controlled by applying a voltage; when all the diodes are in forward bias states, the antenna works at a high frequency; and when all the diodes are in reverse bias states, the antenna works at a low frequency. The frequency re-configurable OAM antenna in S band in the present disclosure has features of frequency reconfiguration and two OAM radiation modes, and has a stable gain over a broadband.

Abstract: Provided in the present invention is a T cell receptor (TCR) having the property of binding to a FMNKFIYEI-HLA A0201 complex; and the binding affinity of the TCR to the FMNKFIYEI-HLA A0201 complex is at least 2 times the binding affinity of the wild-type TCR to the FMNKFIYEI-HLA A0201 complex. Also provided in the present invention is a fusion molecule of such TCRs with therapeutic agents. Such TCRs can be used alone or in combination with therapeutic agents, so as to target tumor cells presenting the FMNKFIYEI-HLA A0201 complex.

In this invention, a two-dimensional relaxation signal containing the 1H T1 and T2 relaxation properties of liquid-like samples is obtained by applying a composite pulse sequence to samples, and from this a fingerprint spectrum is established. The fingerprint spectrum can be associated with the essential characteristics of the tested sample, thus can be used to distinguish a specific liquid-like sample from the others.
