The first transmit power is less than or equal to a maximum transmit power of the first device. The second device may control a transmit power of the first device by sending the first indication information to the first device, so that the transmit power of the first device is less than or equal to the maximum transmit power.

The particles of living tissue contain one or more viable cells that can migrate from the tissue and populate the scaffold.
