A lower cam is movably mounted in the upper casing. The upper cam contacts with the lower cam. The screw is mounted in the upper casing and fixed to the lower cam. A lower rotating shaft is mounted in the lower casing. An eccentric block is fixed on the lower rotating shaft. A lower roulette is fixed to the lower rotating shaft. A shaft cap is disposed above the lower roulette. An upper roulette is mounted on the screw and meshed with the lower roulette.
