  • Patent number: 11990374
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of forming sidewall spacers by filling a trench between a hybrid fin and a semiconductor fin structure. The sidewall spacer includes two fin sidewall spacer portions connected by a gate sidewall spacer portion. The fin sidewall spacer portion has a substantially uniform profile to provide uniform protection for vertically stacked channel layers and eliminate any gaps and leaks between inner spacers and sidewall spacers.

  • Publication number: 20240071954
Abstract: A memory device including a base semiconductor die, conductive terminals, memory dies, an insulating encapsulation and a buffer cap is provided. The conductive terminals are disposed on a first surface of the base semiconductor die. The memory dies are stacked over a second surface of the base semiconductor die, and the second surface of the base semiconductor die is opposite to the first surface of the base semiconductor die. The insulating encapsulation is disposed on the second surface of the base semiconductor die and laterally encapsulates the memory dies. The buffer cap covers the first surface of the base semiconductor die, sidewalls of the base semiconductor die and sidewalls of the insulating encapsulation. A package structure including the above-mentioned memory device is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20230318530
Abstract: An amplifier with enhanced slew rate includes an input stage including a first channel coupled to receive differential inputs and a second channel coupled to receive the differential inputs; a middle stage including a first current source coupled to receive outputs of the second channel and electrically connected to power, a second current source coupled to receive outputs of the first channel and electrically connected to ground, and a floating current source electrically connected between the first current source and the second current source; and an output stage coupled to the middle stage to generate an output voltage. A transit circuit is disposed in the input stage or the middle stage, controlled by the output stage, and configured to supply extra current during signal transition of the differential inputs, thereby enhancing the slew rate.

  • Patent number: 8642267
Abstract: The present invention is related to a biomarker for diagnosis of canine cancer, wherein the biomarker is KMO (kynureinie 3-monooxygenase) gene, and the canine cancers including CTVT (canine transmissible venereal tumor) and MGT (mammary gland tumor). The expression level of KMO gene in canine malignant tumor tissues is up-regulated as compared with benign tissues. Furthermore, the expression level of KMO gene in malignant tumor tissue is higher than in the non-metastasis tumor tissue. By detection of the expression level of the present invention biomarker in suspecting tissue specimen, malignancy of tumor tissues can be determined correctly and rapidly.
