  • Patent number: 12056120
Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatus, and computer-readable media for deriving data elements from queries. In some implementations, a query is received, and one or more computers determine that the query involves an operation that satisfies one or more criteria. In response data is saved that indicates a derived data element corresponding to the operation. The one or more computers provide data causing a representation of the derived data element to be presented, such as data causing an interactive control representing the derived data element to be presented on a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20240259196
Abstract: A timestamp generation method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium, which are used for solving the technical problem of recorded information being easily leaked because a trusted third party is usually needed as a timestamp authority for recording in a traditional trusted timestamp generation method. In the present invention, the method comprises: acquiring a file record; calculating a hash value of the file record; sending the hash value to a random issuer, and receiving a signature result returned by the random issuer, wherein the signature result is generated after the random issuer signs the hash value and a receiving time, and the receiving time is the time when the random issuer receives the hash value; and storing the signature result in a blockchain as a timestamp of the file record.

  • Publication number: 20240255527
Abstract: A quantitative particle agglutination assay device is disclosed that combines portable lens-free microscopy and deep learning for rapidly measuring the concentration of a target analyte. As one example of a target analyte, the assay device was used to test for high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) using human serum samples. A dual-channel capillary lateral flow device is designed to host the agglutination reaction using a small volume of serum. A portable lens-free microscope records time-lapsed inline holograms of the lateral flow device, monitoring the agglutination process over several minutes. These captured holograms are processed, and at each frame the number and area of the particle clusters are automatically extracted and fed into shallow neural networks to predict the CRP concentration. The system can be used to successfully differentiate very high CRP concentrations (e.g., >10-500 ?g/mL) from the hs-CRP range.

  • Publication number: 20240192994
Abstract: Techniques for implementing accelerated draw indirect fetching are disclosed. A fetch accelerator enables streamlined data fetching by looping internally and filling a draw queue for a micro engine. By using a dedicated fetch accelerator rather than processing data fetches separately and individually using a conventional processor, significant processing overhead is eliminated and computational latency is reduced. Additionally, different types of aligned or unaligned data structures are usable with equivalent or nearly equivalent performance.
