    Abstract: An apparatus for non-contact current and voltage composite measurement includes: a current signal detection device, a voltage signal detection device, a zero-crossing detection circuit, and a control unit. The current signal detection device generates a current-induced electromotive force based on current flowing on the transmission line to be measured when there is current-voltage passing through the transmission line to be measured; the voltage signal detection device generates a voltage-induced electromotive force based on voltage flowing on the transmission line to be measured when there is current-voltage passing through the transmission line to be measured. The zero-crossing detection circuit performs zero-crossing detection on the current-induced electromotive force and the voltage-induced electromotive force to determine the phase difference between them.

    Abstract: An electronic lock includes a casing, a locking component, an actuating component, a pushing component, a contacting component and an electric motor. The locking component can be switched between a lock position and an unlock position, and has a first inclined portion. The actuating component has a second inclined portion slidably abutting against the first inclined portion. The pushing component is connected to the actuating component and protrudes from the casing. The pushing component is pressed by an external force to move the locking component from the unlock position to the lock position via a relative movement between the first inclined portion and the second inclined portion. The contacting component movably contacts against the actuating component to constrain the locking component in the lock position. The electric motor is connected to the contacting component, and can separate the contacting component from the actuating component by a control command.

When in an open state, an iron core is moved to close a pressure relief hole via an iron core spring and water pressure, and the diaphragm blocks the water flow of a water inlet via water pressure and the force of a guide spring, so as to achieve a bistable effect. The coil barrel includes two pairs of magnets and a pair of magnetically conductive sheets to form two magnetic routes. The solenoid valve has a simple structure and can be produced easily.

    Abstract: A method for preparing quartz glass with low content of hydroxyl and high purity, includes providing silica powders including hydroxyl groups. The silica powders are dehydroxylated, which includes drying the silica powders at a first temperature, heating the silica powders up to a second temperature and introducing a first oxidizing gas including halogen gas, thereby obtaining first dehydroxylated powders, and heating the first dehydroxylated powders up to a third temperature and introducing a second oxidizing gas including oxygen or ozone, thereby obtaining second dehydroxylated powders. The second dehydroxylated powders are heated up to a fourth temperature to obtain a vitrified body. The vitrified body is cooled to obtain the quartz glass with low content of hydroxyl and high purity. The quartz glass prepared by the above method has low content of hydroxyl and high purity. A quartz glass with low content of hydroxyl and high purity is also provided.
