Abstract: A semiconductor mixed material comprises an electron donor, a first electron acceptor and a second electron acceptor. The first electron donor is a conjugated polymer. The energy gap of the first electron acceptor is less than 1.4 eV. At least one of the molecular stackability, ?-?*stackability, and crystallinity of the second electron acceptor is smaller than the first electron acceptor. The electron donor system is configured to be a matrix to blend the first electron acceptor and the second electron acceptor. The present invention also provides an organic electronic device including the semiconductor mixed material.

Abstract: An organic optoelectronic device comprises a first electrode, an active layer and a second electrode. Active layer materials of the active layer comprise a block conjugated polymer materials which includes a structure of formula I: The polymer 1 is a p-type polymer with high energy gap, and the polymer 1 comprises a first electron donor and a first electron acceptor arranged alternately. The polymer 2 is a p-type polymer with low energy gap, and the polymer 2 comprises a second electron donor and a second electron acceptor arranged alternately. Wherein, o and p>0. The organic optoelectronic device of the present invention transfers carriers through the polymer 2 with low energy gap, and suppresses the recombination probability of carriers through the polymer 1 with high energy gap, thereby reducing the leakage current of the organic optoelectronic device.

Abstract: A real-time electronic business transaction system and method is proposed, which is capable of reporting STFC (Ship To First Commitment) and FCT (Factory Cycle Time) data in real time to a customer in response to an electronic purchase order from the customer. The proposed electronic business transaction system comprises an EDI (Electronic Data Exchange) platform, a SAP (Service Advertising Platform) platform, an SQL(Structured Query Language) server, and a WWW (World Wide Web) server. The EDI platform is linked to a customer-site workstation and is used to receive any electronic purchase order from the customer. The SAP platform is used to perform a predefined FCT computation procedure to compute for a set of FCT data based on the received electronic purchase order; while the SQL server is used to perform a predefined STFC computation procedure to compute for a set of STFC data based on the received electronic purchase order.

Abstract: A globally-integrated RMA (Returned Material Authorization) information system is proposed, which allows the RMA files built at a first global location, such as an oversees service station, to be shared by personnel at a second global location, such as a domestic repair center. The service station information system is capable of transferring RMS files periodically at specified time intervals to the repair center information system, so that when the domestic repair center receives a batch of returned products from the oversees service station, the repair personnel can immediately gain access to the associated RMS files of the returned products, without having to repeat a testing procedure and build RMS files for the returned products. The proposed globally-integrated RMA information system therefore allows the overall after-sale repair service to be more efficient and reliable.

Abstract: An integration method for different information platforms in a decision-making system is proposed to solve the problem of being unable to integrate information among different platforms in the existing decision-making systems of the manufacturing industry. All information is integrated in a database and then distributed to users through a network and E-mail. The invention includes at least the following steps: the enterprise downloads at least one set of data from an information platform to a shared folder; a database server integrates the data in the shared folder; the computed data are moved to an integration platform; the enterprise selects a particular method to distribute the integrated data; and the user receives the data.

Abstract: A method and a system for controlling production and exportation are proposed, for connecting trading branches of an enterprise to the system for controlling production and exportation via a network, wherein the system for controlling production and exportation shares client orders with the trading branches for product exportation, so as to improve business performances for the trading branches, and enhance profits for the enterprise. In this case, received client order data are processed in a manner as to be transferred suitable trading branches for product manufacture and exportation. The disclosed method aims at resolving the problem of not being able to process claims of obsolescence in electronic format between enterprises and vendors/suppliers.
