The template has a first surface formed with at least three spherical recesses, a second surface, and a guiding hole. The dental mold has at least three spherical portions partially embedded in the at least three spherical recesses and an implanted hole having an axis the same as the guiding hole. The at least three spherical recesses have three spherical centers as being three vertices of a triangle, the axis passes through the triangle, and the at least three spherical portions have spherical centers corresponding with the three vertices of the triangle. A method of manufacturing the surgical positioning device is also provided.

    Abstract: A surgical guiding device comprises: an elongate portion comprising a handpiece connection port and a shank connection port, wherein sizes of the handpiece connection port and the shank connection port comply with the ISO1797 standard; a height controlling portion being a hollow cylinder with two end openings, and having a first end portion and a second end portion; and a retaining portion disposed on an outer surface of the height controlling portion to adjust an installation height of the height controlling portion in relation to a surgical positioning device. The present invention comply with the ISO1797 standard and it is not necessary to persistently exchange the different sizes of movable sleeves to simply the implanting process, so as to shorten the time of the surgery and reduce the consumption of the cost. Therefore, the present invention also can reduce the discomfort and pain of the patient in treating process.

    Abstract: A surgical template positioning device, which comprises a template, a prosthetic tooth and a dental mold. The template has a first surface and a second surface, the first surface is formed with at least three spherical recesses and a guiding hole, relative positions of the spherical recesses define a triangle, and the guiding hole passes through the template. The prosthetic tooth has at least three spherical portions and one implanted hole, the spherical portions are combined with the spherical recesses of the first surface, and the guiding hole is corresponding to the implanted hole. The dental mold fixes the prosthetic tooth to a soft tissue between adjacent teeth. The present invention not only can save the manufacturing time and cost of the surgical template positioning device, but also is convenient to operate and exactly position, so as to increase the success rate of implanting surgery.
