By electroporating a plasmid carrying interleukin-2 and human serum albumin fusion gene into a CHO cell, a CHO monoclonal cell line stably and efficiently expressing a human recombinant protein is obtained. The monoclonal cell line can secrete and express a fusion protein of interleukin-2 and human serum albumin.
