The method includes method of producing silica nanostructures, the method comprising performing low-temperature liquid phase deposition (LPD) including adding silica to a liquid phase deposition (LPD) solution and impregnating silica beads in the silica-added LPD solution, wherein shapes of the silica nanostructures are controlled by adjusting the concentration of silica based on the following expression: 0<WF?WS??(1) where WF is the content of silica added, and WS is the content of silica required for the LPD solution to be saturated.
