    Abstract: A camera is disposed on a back face side of a substrate layer of an organic EL display device. A display region includes a second display region configured to transmit light toward the camera, inside a first display region. A plurality of TFTs in a TFT layer include an oxide semiconductor TFT. In the second display region, there are provided a first connection line and a second connection line for connecting an organic EL element and a pixel circuit. The first and second connection lines have optical transparency and are formed in different layers from each other. The second connection line is formed in the same layer as the layer of a semiconductor layer of the oxide semiconductor TFT, and is constituted by converting an oxide semiconductor into a conductor.

    Abstract: Provided in the present invention is a trainable joint channel estimation, detection and decoding method suitable for a URLLC-MIMO system. In a URLLC-MIMO system, after mapping an LDPC codeword into modulation symbols, a transmitting end uniformly allocates the modulation symbols to different transmitting antennas for transmission; and a receiving end constructs a joint channel estimation, detection and decoding problem model and solving frame based on an MAP criterion, then deeply unfolds the frame into a neural network, performs offline training on adjustable parameters in the neural network, and finally uses the trained neural network to acquire codeword bits online. Compared with a traditional reception method, by means of the present invention, the BLER performance of a system can be significantly improved, and system latency is also reduced, thereby saving on signaling overheads.

In the test process, threshold voltage shift caused by total dose radiation-induced defects and threshold voltage shift caused by near interface trap charges inherent near a SiC MOSFET interface are measured respectively, comprehensive analysis and calculation are carried out on the test result, the total dose effect resistance capability of the SiC MOSFET device can be given, and a certain guiding effect on device reinforcement is achieved.

The X-ray powder diffraction pattern of the crystal form has characteristic peaks at 5.43±0.20°, 12.28±0.20° and 17.91±0.20° 2?, as determined by using Cu-K? radiation. The XRPD spectrum of the amorphous substance has no obvious diffraction peak. The crystal form and the amorphous substance have high purity and good stability, and are suitable for drug formation.

    Abstract: A method for simultaneous detection of multiple allergens in food includes: diluting a plurality of target allergen proteins in a concentration gradient, adding them to an ELISA plate, and incubating overnight; washing the ELISA plate with a PBST washing solution to remove unbound proteins; adding 5% BSA blocking reagent to the ELISA plate, incubating with shaking, and washing away the blocking reagent; premixing aptamers of the plurality of target allergen proteins into a premixed solution; adding the premixed solution to the ELISA plate from which the blocking reagent is washed away, incubating with shaking, and washing away the premixed solution; adding ultrapure water to the ELISA plate, incubating at 95° C. to denature the allergen proteins, and recovering a supernatant containing the aptamers; using the supernatant as a DNA template, performing Taqman qPCR amplification and fluorescence signal detection to obtain a reaction ct value; and plotting a standard curve.

    Abstract: A method and system for analyzing data describing touchups to a robot's tool center point position. A robot operator performs the touchups to a robot's tool center point position when the operator notices inaccuracies in the location of operations performed by the robot—such as a spot weld in a wrong location on a workpiece—where the inaccuracies may be caused by mechanical wear in robot joints. Each operator-defined touchup changes the position and optionally orientation of a particular point in the robot's motion program. The disclosed method provides a graphical display of the history of position touchups for the robot, and analyzes the touchup data against certain criteria for the distance, direction and frequency of the touchups. When the analysis determines that any individual or combination of criteria are met, an alert is provided which indicates a possible mechanical wear issue exists with the robot and needs attention.

The method including if a motion path of a robot from a starting point to an end point is a straight line path and an initial velocity of the robot at the starting point is less than a current maximum preset velocity, planning a duration of an acceleration section for a first motion trajectory from the initial velocity to the current maximum preset velocity, so that a maximum planned velocity obtained after the acceleration section ends is less than or equal to the current maximum preset velocity. According to the method, parameters that meet user settings as much as possible and through which trajectory planning can also be completed can be found according to system parameters and user set parameters, thereby improving the adaptability.
