  • Publication number: 20240173438
Abstract: Disclosed herein are second near-infrared (NIR-II) fluorescent composite and its production method. The method mainly includes the steps of, mixing a gold nanocluster having a plurality of a thiol-based compound on its outer surface and alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (alpha-GPC) in a solvent to form a mixture; replacing the solvent with an inert gas; and heating the mixture at a temperature about 100-200° C. in the presence of the inert gas until at least a portion of the gold nanocluster is encapsulated by a capping layer consisting of alpha-GPC, thereby producing the NIR-II fluorescent composite. The thus-produced NIR-II fluorescent composite is characterized by having an emission wavelength covering NIR-II region detectable by specialized camera. Also encompassed in the present disclosure is a method for conducting in vivo bioimaging of a target area in a subject.

  • Publication number: 20240073531
Abstract: An automatic target image acquisition and calibration system for application in a defect inspection system is disclosed. During the defect inspection system working normally, the automatic target image acquisition and calibration system is configured to find a recognition structure from an article under inspection, and then determines a relative position and a relative 3D coordinate if the article. Therefore, a robotic arm is controlled to carry a camera to precisely face each of a plurality of inspected surfaces of the article, such that a plurality of article images are acquired by the camera. It is worth explaining that, during the defect inspection of the article, there is no need to modulate an image acquiring height and an image acquiring angle of the camera and an illumination of a light source.

  • Publication number: 20200287100
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a light-emitting diode (LED) package structure and a method producing the same. The LED package structure includes a substrate; and a light-emitting unit disposed on the substrate. The light-emitting unit comprises a gallium nitride-based semiconductor, and a polymeric layer encapsulating the gallium nitride-based semiconductor. Also disclosed herein is a method of producing the LED package structure. The method comprises: providing a substrate; electrically connecting a gallium nitride-based semiconductor onto the substrate; overlaying the gallium nitride-based semiconductor with a slurry comprising a resin and a plurality of composite fluorescent gold nanocluster; and curing the slurry overlaid on the gallium nitride-based semiconductor to form a solidified polymeric layer.
