Abstract: The application discloses a reverse virtual screening platform and method based on programmable quantum computing, the method includes the following steps: S1, for a given micromolecule and a target protein molecule, calculating a binding interaction graph of the given micromolecule and the target protein molecule on a computer according to different distances between pharmacophores; S2, encoding, according to an adjacency matrix of the binding interaction graph, the binding interaction graph into a quantum reverse virtual screening platform by decomposing the adjacency matrix; and S3, performing Gaussian boson sampling by the quantum reverse virtual screening platform. The reverse virtual screening platform and method based on programmable quantum computing provided by the present application are implemented by an optical quantum computer system based on a time domain.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of triterpenoid derivatives for the preparation of a medicament for preventing or treating influenza diseases, in which the substituents are as defined in the specification. The triterpenoid derivatives of the present invention have obvious inhibition effect on influenza virus, and are capable of obviously preventing influenza virus from entering cells, and can be used for preventing or treating influenza.

Abstract: The present invention provides a use of ginsenosides represented by formula I or mixtures thereof for manufacturing a medicament for anti-platelet aggregation, wherein R1 and R2 are H or glucosyl, and when R1 is glucosyl, R2 is H; when R1 is H, R2 is glucosyl. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition for anti-platelet aggregation, which is capable to be used to prevent and treat thrombosis. The present invention also provides a method for generating the effect of anti-platelet aggregation in patients in vivo.
