  • Publication number: 20240015892
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a membrane circuit board includes the following steps. Firstly, a screen plate, a first substrate body and a second substrate body are provided. Then, a conductive paste and a first circuit pattern are formed on the screen plate. Then, the conductive paste and the first circuit pattern are simultaneously printed on the first substrate body by a screen printing process. The first substrate body, the first circuit pattern and the conductive paste are collaboratively formed as a first membrane substrate. Then, a second circuit pattern is formed on the screen plate. Then, the second circuit pattern is printed on the second substrate body by the screen printing process. The second substrate body and the second circuit pattern are collaboratively formed as a second membrane substrate. Then, the second membrane substrate is aligned with the first membrane substrate.

  • Patent number: 10985459
Abstract: An antenna structure of few components and reduced size which functions by switching between components to achieve radiation in three different frequency bands includes two radiating portions, a feeding portion, a matching circuit, and a first switching circuit. With the first switching circuit closed, current flows along a first radiating portion to activate a first frequency band. A second radiating portion obtains the current from the first switching circuit by coupling with the first radiating portion, to activate a second frequency band. Current in the first radiating portion can activate a third frequency band. With the first switching circuit open, current in the first radiating portion activates radiation in the first frequency band. The second radiating portion can radiate in second frequency band by coupling current from the first radiating portion. Frequency multiplication of the first frequency band can activate the third frequency band.

  • Patent number: 10978795
Abstract: An antenna structure includes a housing, a feed portion, a ground portion, a first radiator, and a second radiator. The housing includes a first radiating portion and a second radiating portion. The first radiator and the second radiator are both positioned in the housing. When the feed portion feeds current, the current flows through the first radiating portion and is grounded through the ground portion to activate a first operating mode. When the feed portion feeds current, the current is further coupled to the first radiator through the first radiating portion, and the first radiator activates a second operating mode. When the second radiator feeds current, the second radiator activates a third operating mode. When the second radiator feeds current, the current is further coupled to the second radiating portion through the second radiator, and the second radiating portion activates a fourth operating mode.

  • Patent number: 10960587
Abstract: A keycap forming method includes the following steps. Firstly, a stabilizer bar is fixed on a first male mold. Then, a keycap is formed through a second male mold and a female mold according to an injection molding process. Then, the second male mold and the female mold are separated from each other, so that the keycap is fixed on the female mold. Then, the first male mold and the female mold are stacked on each other, so that the stabilizer bar and the keycap are combined together. Then, the first male mold and the female mold are separated from each other. Consequently, the stabilizer bar is detached from the first male mold. By using the keycap forming method, it is not necessary to manually assemble the stabilizer bar with the keycap.

  • Patent number: 10083808
Abstract: A luminous keyboard with a gaming function includes a gaming program, plural keys, plural light-emitting elements and a control unit. When one of the plural keys is pressed down, a corresponding pressing signal is generated. When one of the plural light-emitting elements is turned on to emit a light beam, the corresponding key is illuminated. The control unit is connected with the plural keys, the plural light-emitting elements and the gaming program. The control unit turns on or turns off the plural light-emitting elements according to settings of the gaming program. Alternatively, the control unit turns off the light-emitting element corresponding to the illuminated key when the control unit receives the pressing signal corresponding to the illuminated key. In such way, the luminous keyboard can be used to play a game.

  • Publication number: 20170277227
Abstract: A keyboard and a notebook computer with the keyboard are provided. The keyboard includes a membrane circuit board and plural keys. Each key includes a keycap, a bulge and a key frame. The bulge is connected with the keycap. The key frame has a guiding groove corresponding to the bulge. When the keyboard is in a usage status, the bulge is not pushed by the guiding groove and thus the keycap is at a higher position. Since the keycap is at the higher position, the movable distance of the keycap is increased and the tactile feel of depressing the keycap is enhanced. While a top cover of the notebook computer is closed to cover the keyboard, the key frame is moved horizontally. As the bulge is pushed by the guiding surface of the guiding groove, the height of the keycap is lowered.
