    Abstract: A server, a system and a method for automatic virtual metrology (AVM) are disclosed. The AVM system comprises a model-creation server and a plurality of AVM servers. The model-creation server is used to construct the first set of virtual metrology (VM) models (of a certain equipment type) including a VM conjecture model, a RI (Reliance Index) model, a GSI (Global Similarity Index) model, a DQIx (Process Data Quality Index) model, and a DQIy (Metrology Data Quality Index) model. In the AVM method, the model-creation server also can fan out or port the first set of VM models generated to other AVM servers of the same process apparatus (equipment) type, and each individual fan-out-acceptor's AVM server can perform automatic model refreshing processes so as to gain and maintain its VM models' accuracy.

    Abstract: An improved fence structure includes two bases, two assembling rods, two positioning fitting heads and one fence plate. Several screwing members may pass through the base. The base has a center formed with a connection portion through which the assembling rod may be inserted. The assembling rod has several rabbet slots. The fence plate has two lateral sides formed with connection portions, which may be correspondingly embedded into the rabbet slots of the assembling rod for positioning. The center of the positioning fitting head is formed with a fitting hole to fit with an end portion of the assembling rod. Thus, many fence plates may be used to define various angular areas.

    Abstract: A plate-like soil-fixation plastic plate is a rigid sheet-like body made of a weather-resistant composite plastic material and has a surface formed with several reinforcement ribs, which are integrally formed with the body in a crisscrossed manner to enhance the intensity of the plate. Two lateral sides of the plate are formed with several assembling holes. Four soil-fixation plastic plates of the invention may be assembled together using several connecting components to form a partitioning frame having open top and bottom ends to facilitate the planting.
