  • Publication number: 20240056931
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) executes a cell measurement method to shorten the time from radio link failure to reconnect to a telecommunication network. The UE detects at least one of a plurality triggering events for neighbor cell measurements associated with evaluating of the signal quality of the reference signals in the narrowband downlink channel in the serving cell. The UE performs neighbor cell measurements on reference signals in a narrowband downlink channel in one or more neighbor cells in a cell measurement period in response to the at least one of a plurality triggering events. The neighbor cell measurements are performed before radio link failure (RLF) associated with the user equipment. The UE selects at least one target cell among the one or more neighbor cells through the neighbor cell measurements and performs a cell reestablishment procedure.

  • Patent number: 11771847
Abstract: An assembly method of an apparatus suitable for pressurized liquid transfusion is disclosed. In one step, a nozzle is to be inserted into the through hole of an elastomeric ring. Because the dimension of the nozzle is larger than the through hole, the internal wall of the elastomeric ring is tensioned and deformed so as to fit the nozzle. In one step, the elastomeric ring along with the nozzle is inserted into a receptacle. The dimension of the outer contour of the elastomeric ring needs to be decreased so as to be accommodated by the receptacle. Due to the flexibility of the elastomeric ring, it resumes at least partially to its original shape. Therefore, proper seal is created and maintained between the elastomeric ring and the nozzle such that leakage and pressure loss may be prevented. The foregoing is capable of working under high-pressured environment for prolonged use.

  • Patent number: 11752280
Abstract: An apparatus suitable for pressurized liquid transfusion is disclosed. The apparatus includes a nozzle assembly enclosed by the combination of a casing and a check nut. The nozzle assembly includes an elastomeric ring and a nozzle received by the combination of a cap and a receptacle. The elastomeric ring surrounds the nozzle and a proper seal is created therebetween. The dimension of the internal contour of the elastomeric ring is a bit smaller than the nozzle. The elastomeric ring is stretched so as to receive the nozzle. Additional processing may be applied to the elastomeric ring to achieve a different type of proper seal. Pressurized liquid passes through the apparatus so as to be transfused. The aforementioned seal serves to avoid leakage or pressure loss at the apparatus so as to avoid undesired aerosolization effects of an aerosolizer the apparatus is installed in.

  • Patent number: 11678378
Abstract: A base station transmits a paging message carrying a contention-free early-data transmission indication to a user equipment, and transmits a random access response message carrying early downlink data to the user equipment in response to a random access request message transmitted by the user equipment in a random access procedure. A base station transmits a paging message carrying a contention-based early-data transmission indication to the user equipment, and transmits an RRC response message carrying early downlink data to the user equipment in response to an RRC request message transmitted by the user equipment in a random access procedure. In a random access procedure, user equipment generates and transmits a scheduling request message to a base station after receiving early downlink data transmitted by the base station, and transmits uplink data corresponding to the early downlink data to the base station according to an uplink grant transmitted by the base station.

  • Publication number: 20230144745
Abstract: A system for faster object attribute and/or intent classification may include an machine-learned (ML) architecture that processes temporal sensor data (e.g., multiple instances of sensor data received at different times) and includes a cache in an intermediate layer of the ML architecture. The ML architecture may be capable of classifying an object's intent to enter a roadway, idling near a roadway, or active crossing of a roadway. The ML architecture may additionally or alternatively classify indicator states, such as indications to turn, stop, or the like. Other attributes and/or intentions are discussed herein.

  • Publication number: 20230108898
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) executes a wireless communication method to harmonize features for NR-based access to unlicensed spectrum (NR-U) and Ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC). The UE comprises a medium access control (MAC) entity. The MAC entity prioritizes autonomous transmission of a pending MAC protocol data unit (PDU) through a first UL grant over transmission of the MAC PDU indicated as new data through a second UL grant when a logical channel (LCH) priority associated with the MAC PDU indicated as new data is not higher than an LCH priority associated with the pending MAC PDU. The MAC entity prioritizes transmission of the MAC PDU indicated as new data through the second UL grant over autonomous transmission of the pending MAC PDU when the LCH priority associated with the MAC PDU indicated as new data is higher than the LCH priority associated with the pending MAC PDU.

  • Publication number: 20230088082
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) executes a small data transmission method. The UE obtains small data transmission (SDT) physical random access channel (PRACH) resource configuration for small data transmission. The SDT PRACH resource configuration comprises at least one of a first random access preamble or a first set of radio resources for transmission of the first random access preamble and is differentiated from non-SDT PRACH resource configuration. The UE initiates a random access procedure by transmitting the first random access preamble on the first set of radio resources for the SDT. The small data transmission includes transmission of a first data payload in a PRACH uplink message of the random access procedure.

  • Publication number: 20220341724
Abstract: A parallel optical scanning inspection device, comprising a light source unit, an interference unit, a beam splitting unit, an optical path adjustment unit, a plurality of scanning units and a receiving unit. The light source unit provides initial light to an interference unit. The interference unit divides the initial light into reference light and sampling light. The beam splitting unit splits the sampling light into a plurality of sampling light beams. The optical path adjustment unit adjusts the plurality of sampling light beams into scanning light beams with different optical paths. Each of the scanning units receives one of the scanning light beams. A sample is scanned by the scanning light beams such that each of the scanning units receives detection light reflected or scattered from different positions of the sample. The receiving unit receives and coheres the reference light and the detection light, respectively, to generate optical information.
